Love your content found you when i was checking out Secretlab chairs. From the content iv'e seen i definatley am surprised your channel hasn't been discovered as much as it deserves from the quality of the content. Either way thanks for the videos man keep it up seriously found myself a new channel to watch
This is brilliant. As someone who has struggled to find _any_ headset to be comfortable, but doesn't have the space for a full 7.1 setup, this product seems to be a perfect fit for me. Just need to get a chair with a headrest now.
There's potential there, but if they could have a different mounting setup and it was foldable downwards to get out of the way when it's not needed it would make it much more desirable.
Yeah that would be good. It is pretty easy mind to unscrew the two thumb screws on the back and then it just slides off the mount for storage - but yes I agree, if you could keep it on just fold it up it might make it a bit more adaptable.
Certainly not cheap! But for a niche product the first of its kind, it’s relatively priced within the industry (shame there’s nothing to compare to directly though)!
I'm enjoying that you're still rocking the Secret Labs chair. Is it as good as ever? Shame it's grey and not black though - black with those speakers would be a cool "dark side" vibe.
Yes it is! It gets sat on now less regularly (maybe about 10 hours a week as it’s at a different desk), but still as good as it was when I first bought it 5 years ago!
Don't think it's a gimmick, similar to those neck speakers that are quite nice and good innovation. Though at that price point, I would have expected more connection options. Wouldn't have expected it to be so focused on just Consoles. Monitors tend to have Audio jacks out not HDMI arc let alone eArc, USB C could've been a great solution as secondary input. I understand why they did eArc assuming multiple devices are already connected to the Monitor, however routing that HDMI cable would be an absolute pain. Never mind that good HDMI cables are thick and quite resistant to bending, you'd need quite a bit of slack. Reckon they could make the base connected to the chair larger and house the Bass, with some foam padding to stabilize the wobbly speakers some what. Maybe even 3D printable mounting as an option, or have specialized mounting for popular chair brands, suppose partnerships is something they could look in to (i Doubt you'd spend so much on a speaker to put it on a cheap 100 pound chair haha), imagine a secret lab titan with that as part of an accessories pack for example. Hope it picks off and we get a V2 in a few years with all the lessons learned with i suppose RGB. Surround sound speakers are quite the space hog, and headsets as you said don't get the job done. Maybe a V2 would have an additional connection for a seat shaker as well so you can really feel the rumble. How's the straps, do they cause any discomfort?
Comfort will always be subjective, but in all honestly If it had been a blind test, I probably wouldn’t have even been able to tell they were there. And good point - often the most mad looking things are the things with most innovation. (I’m a huge fan of neck fans… look ridiculous, but in a heatwave I’m the one laughing).
@@StusReviewsUK That's good then, thanks. Now I'm gonna be one of those wait and see persons, probably wait for a v2 or other companies to jump on the band wagon to see what happens
I’m getting there with it… it’s taken a little bit of time to get used to the new movement…. But the weapons and levelling up is so slow for some reason 👁👄👁

@@WOLFY-ir7kz haha! This isn’t a bad one to watch in that case! Glad you’re still around watching 👌

It’s definitely a niche product, but certainly one that ticks the boxes for the right situation!
Total Recall vibes! 😂 Sleazy...and demure!
It is a bit 😂

Oooh that's a wee bit pricey for some plastic speakers... maybe the second or third iteration might fix that 🤔

Very wild. Thanks Stu. 👏🏻
Cheers Ron!
This is a cool idea. But mu problem with all the cololight stuff is its a little to high for my taste. Thanks for the review.
It’s certainly a different idea!

My favorite cod was bo2, and bo6 is the most fun I’ve had probably since then
