@@swift5649 let me know how that went, not going single for awhile but curious if you're doing those bigger jobs with jacks or a lift? Eventually I'll be starting with just upgrading the twins but from what I've seen seems like a royal pain with jacks.

@@karlisrubenis Running n54/n55 with low fuel is horrible for the fuel pump especially on BMW's hahah
if you get the dct 335is you get the super fast aggressive shifts but you can also daily in traffic

Yup! And they might not go any lower. If you like manual I suggest getting one now. I got mine a month ago. 2007, RWD 335i with 58k miles and completely stock for $15k
@@black_n5492 good deal, bought mine bone stock with 85k, 6speed manual, coral red interior premium package for 11.5k. Best car I’ve ever owned no doubt.

@@black_n5492 yeah I still got it, I bought it last year. I’m purchasing a bottom mount single turbo kit for it next month or so. I bought every maintenance parts I need to address already so I can do everything at once. These cars definitely aren’t cheap but well worth it.

This N55 sounds sweet as hell! Epic exhaust note! Deffo better sounding than the N54 IMO.

I’ve literally heard 100s of videos. I even own an N54 my self… Not saying they sound bad. They sound good. It’s just personal preference.
N54s sound absolutely awesome with a single turbo. But otherwise the N55 has really nice tones.
@@ajitmann5011 twins with a nice 3.5 single exit exhaust isn't bad. But equal length manifold top mount is the best no lying there.

Auto is fun is you tune it
Get a 335is with dct and a xhp transmission tune on it crazy fast and crispy shifts
335is are cool but easily 10-15k more expensive for a decent mileage one.
I can tell. I’m just tryna compare. I want to feel my car.
Manual trans only, don’t care if it’s a dual clutch. Don’t care if it’s a ZF transmission. It’s not the same

I have both manuals and the only awesome automatic transmission there is to have. The ZF8 box.

Get the 335is it comes with the Dct trans straight out of the m3.

Are all automatic trans dct? I'm looking at getting a cheap older 335i locally and one is auto and other is manual.

Wait what you said about the 6 cylinder camaro being 6 cylinder. The 335 is 6 cylinder too. Have you seen how fast is the camaro or mustang?
He’s saying why would you buy a six cylinder camaro when you can buy a v8 for the same or close to the same money. 335i are inline 6 twin turbo…so yea
@@PrinceBallytv i get it; but that would be like saying why would you not an M3 or an M4 instead of a 335. Most people can not afford certain things. The camero and mustang 6 cylinder are pretty quick. I have seen many faster than 8s. They might be a better every day driver.
Well the n54 335 has more tuning potential than the m3. Also its just traditional for a muscle car to have v8. Where do you think the body shape comes from, large hood, large engine. But hey, at the end of he day every car deserves its love and whatever makes the owner happy.
@@PhatBoyiee that 335 block can handle 1k hp vs the m3 can barely handle 700 when tuned. A six cylinder Camaros not competing with a v8 maro in and way shape or form. 335’s with fbo and a e85 conversion kit is already on the same playing field as a m3
