Thank you so much dr! This was very informative. I just left my 2nd trimester ultrasound appointment, and dr confirmed that my baby had an enlarged kidney , which of course caught me off guard and has been giving me Anxiety, but you explained everything with great detail and has put my mind at some ease. Not to mention I have already taken the genetics screening and everything came back at low risks so I am praying this issue will resolve on its own , I follow up with my obgyn next week ! Thank you again! 😊

Thank you so much for easing out my anxiety. I just got the results of my 18 weeks sonogram and my obgyn told that my sons one kidney is slightly bigger than the other and she said not to worry about and let’s check on 28th week ultrasound again. I came home and started googling and i reached a place where they mentioned about some serious problems with small kidney saying it may not function at all. I freaked out. But after listening to ur video I felt relieved. Praying and hoping for the best for my son.

Don’t worry huh ! My son was diagnosed with this as well, he ended up having a duplex kidney which causes the fluid build up. He’s two now and super healthy. He just has a weird kidney !
