" Cavatina " was composed by Stanley Myers for the british film " The Walking Stick ". 1970. John Williams at hear the first part, encouraged to Stanley for to compose an intermezzo. This theme was used again for the USA film " The Deer Hunter ". 1978. You should to know this. 🇦🇷
I've been a professional musician for over 40 years and usually can't help but to analyze everything but listening to this particular version I lost that instinct and found myself being transported to a beautiful meadow, sharing it with a beautiful friend on a day and night you'd never want to end. I was very moved. I will be listening to it over and over. (I'll analyze it sooner or later lol) Bravo!
Wow! This is a striking performance. Me encantan tus interpretaciones de algunos temas clasicos…would you have by chance an arrangement of the theme of Brahm’s Third Symphony in C minor, Third movement ? I think it would be perfect for you.
This is a great performance. I would suggest more care in seperating the lyrical part from the backing. The apreggiated backing should be of less volume and slightly out of time with the melodic part, giving an illusion that two guitars are playing. But, his interpretation is beautiful.
