This video just showed up on my screen. WOW what an amazing and outstanding performance. I love Irish music and dancing and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for posting this great video. 🥰🥰🥰
@@darkmatterpro I did, and I went, and it was awesome! Not a single boring act in the whole show! I would've gotten up to dance if I didnt have social anxiety and bad knees. Literally the only thing I didnt like is that they went for the TURBO BASS on the modern-style songs. I was all the way up in the back of the second terrace, and the bass was still too loud. Like a damn heavy metal concert.
I'm really glad you went to the show! I would love to visit it myself, but they won't come to us anytime soon, because there is a war in our country((@@SovietReunionYT
The lead female dancer looks like Sarah Clark from Feet of Flames Budapest. If it was possible to top anything that Michael Flatley did, I think this show did it!!! Michael WAS a creative genius but as time went on, his shows veered away from the beauty of Irish music and dance and became too sexually explicit. With THIS, we can get back to the core of Irish culture and that's what makes these productions so memorable. Great job to ALL in loved !!! ❤❤❤🥰🤗
Who choreographed and produced this show ? I see a lot of similarities in this show with both Riverdance and Lord of the Dance. That could be because Michael Flatley put an unmistakable mark on Irish dance and no doubt, everyone who follows, will have been influenced by him in some way. In any event, I'm glad that newer shows are coming out because Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, as memorable and timeless as they are, were getting ancient and a bit stale. Glad to see a newer, younger generation of dancers. Perhaps one of them will be the next Jean Butler, Michael Flatley, Colin Dunne, Bernadette Flynn, Gillian Norris, Daire Nolan, Matt Smith or Cathal Keaney. 🥰🤗
Rhythm of Dance is the artistic child of Riverdance--as was perhaps inevitable. It has an artistic connection also to Lord of the Dance in its use of Celtic motifs in the stage scenery. But it has its own choreography. And, though I am writing my early impressions, at the 15:49 mark in the video, Rhythm of Dance seems to be disconnected from any sort of story line, focusing purely on music and dance. 26:25--I don't see a story yet in the production as a whole, but the broom dance tells its own story. 36:12--The song about Dublin City had reference to stories of olde, but the audience wasn't getting into it, and the next dance scene failed to energize them. The dance in the circle evoked a pale memory of Siamsa in LOTD. 47:23--"Red Is the Rose" came too soon after "Dublin City," but the next dance picked it up a bit. The line dance was nice, but only that. I wanted more from the dance before the interval. 55:21--Act II starts out well; a better mix of the soft and artistic with the fast and rhythmic. 59:17--The audience seemed to like "Will Ya Go Lassie Go." 1:07:19--Now I get it. The men dancing in front of the photo of workers an a girder tells me there IS a story. But it's an underlying story. 1:11:19--The singer has the audience in his back pocket. They're feeling Ireland, now. 1:22:03--I was just chillin' for a bit. Now I've got a slightly dischordant feeling. Climax should be coming soon. 1:29:15--Good dancing to close out, but the music had me on edge. Wish I had liked this better, but I'll keep my thumb up.
@@darkmatterpro i know, i wish i could go but its too expensive for me :( Economi is too bad in Turkey, dolar/ euro rate is too much and i am student :( I can't afford so i watched online

The Irish nearly lost the beautiful Culture by watching too much English politics.
Wrong! Irish music and Irish dance will never be equaled by the English.
The Irish have the most beautiful music and the most beautiful dance
