- For long time I wanted to have a leather apron for messy job, and sometimes I have free time in workshop, so I decide to make one.
If I saw some interest in it I`ll make some stock so you be able to get it :)
Also we launch YT sponsorship, and already have educational content about fretworks.
Detailed description of video, tools and agents used will be a bit later on my Patreon.

Hi Tanja,
you are the living proof for a theory of mine:
If you once mastered the principles of craftsmanship, it doesn't matter, whether it is wood, leather, fabric or anything else. It's the way, how you use your imagination, how you plan a work, how you hone your skills and what patience you give to the Job.
And it gives you the chance to look over the fence and combine different worlds of craftsmanship. At least you can do your own guitar-straps 😅
I started leatherwork during the Corona Lockdown and after a few belts, bags etc. had the idea of making a Telecaster with a tooled leather-top. It was a lot of work, but so much fun an turned out real great.
Keep on doing your great guitar-work and your wonderful Videos!
All the best wishes from Germany,
Norbert
The right tools for the job are very helpful and sometimes you have to make those tools. Nice work 👍
Wow! Beautiful leather apron for a beautiful young lady!!!
Love seeing women builders and designers in the guitar world! Some amazing instruments and gear coming from women all over the world. Keep going!
You have taught your clearly willing hands tremendous skills. The mind, spirit and hands speak as one. What a hard earned gift!
she knows how to do it all! incredible
Renaissance woman!
I enjoyed that - different from a guitar repair, but talent is talent. GOOD JOB.
thank you :)
waouh just amazing !!! i love your video !!!
Beautiful smile!!!! And nice job too!
You deserve to be very wealthy with your talent and skills! This was brilliant to watch….just wish it was longer! (the video, not the apron!) 😁
Nice - done with the same care and precision as your luthier work. Careful with those fingers!
Beautifully done by a beautiful lady.
nice work work and you look good 😊
You! Continue to delight us tragic guitar nerds....love your work!
That’s awesome!!
I love watching your videos, it’s so cool to watch the transformation of the guitar when it comes in and when you are done cleaning or repairing the guitar! It’s so soothing 😊
Amazing you did that with a straight needle, not an awl, and without a thimble.
Tanya tienes lo que en mi tierra llamamos "manitas de oro",puedes hacer todo lo que te propongas con verdadero esmero. Maravilloso y te queda muy "chic"🙂🙃🙂🙃👏👍
That looks awesome, you truly are a multi-talented lass.
Great stuff as always
A well made and maintained leather garment will last a lifetime
Slowly building up my tool collection to work on guitars.
You are very talented and do beautiful work. God bless you and keep you safe.
You are so talented!
O seu nível de capricho chega a ser absurdo.
Very cool, I'm a fabricator and go through leathers pretty quick. I might try making a dress set for church ;)
Amazing! Everything by hand, even the hole punch.
Молодец! Руки из нужного места растут 👍🤟😉
Beautiful craftsmanship there Tanya. A true artisan! Bravo 💜
That is so cool! I've never seen that tool for punching holes to see through. Very handy indeed!
😌 Ooh, _fancy_ !
lovely skilled woman
Nice! This should last you for a long time!!
Awesome work, I really like your channel 🌻

@@TanyaShpachuk😍
Cool! Must be so satisfying to make this yourself! 👍🏽👞🎄
Beautiful and talented! Well done 👏👏
Awesome! Seriously, how many bother to make their own apron? So far, just you? LOL! Thank you, this was cool!
Cute hands 😍
Bravissima e dalle mani d' oro!
Wonderful attention to detail, and very resourceful of you. I love the trick with the little fork to pre-cut the holes for the needle. You should go to a fashion show wearing that! I hope it makes you even more productive.
That's a good job!
So relaxing to watch......
She must be every guitarplayers dream woman! At least she is mine❤🎶
You are truly amazing. 🤗😊❤️🌹🖖🤣🇬🇧🇺🇦
Tania..you have golden hands..❤️..!

Cute
Looks good.
I'm jealous.

Thank You for Sharing! Best Regards and Best Wishes!
Wow, Skill work. I'll subscribe to your channel. You're not only just a luthier but a skilled leather stitching skill. I love guitars but I love DIY on cars too so this type of video sometimes comes in handy for the car interior minor work.
I want one!
A job well done!
eres tan talentosa y son muy entretenidos tus videos, amo mucho lo que haces 🩷
I’d buy one.
Watching you is pure joy, Thank you Tanya hug 🙏🕉️☯️😇😘💙💛

Hey wow I can use one of those myself and guess what there is a leather and fabric shop just right around the corner .
Клас, то ти ще й зі шкірою працюєш, не тільки гітари ремонтуєш)) майстриня на всі руки, дуже гарно все виходить в тебе👍
Дуже захотілось мати таких фартух:) дякую☺️
You are so cool.
Thanks Tanya,You Beautiful Craftswoman
great job !!!
Very good.
The ASMR luthier!!
Just came over to say... i love you
That is an awesome apron. You did a fantastic job. Also, I love the designs on your fingernails- really cool.
Thank you! :)
So cool!
Pure coolness!
WOW! You should be selling handmade guitar straps. I play a little guitar and own 3 at present. I spend 50 to 70 dollars US on a mass produced leather strap for each guitar. For one handmade twice that would not be out of the question.
Wow your gorgeous ontop of talented 😘🥰🤗🌹
Wow
Slav woman can do anything!!
ten talents on ten fingers
Stylish!
I love your work. Are you available to do some work on a 1947 LG two Gibson
So great thank you
Nice work! I did some saddle repair in my youth, and I know the assembly of that garment is not as simple as it looks. Did you create that pattern, or did you copy it? Great design. People always forget to create box welts for the sides and bottoms of pockets, and wind up having to "wet stretch" the pockets later. I suspect you will be adding another couple of small pockets at chest level later. Great Video, thanks!
I worked with leather some time ago, and just thought that regular pockets design will be pretty useless for holding real tools, so I just made up this one:)
And yes, assembling took a lot of time))
❤❤❤❤❤
I LIKE!
Wow, What a true pioneer woman, I have to have one. How would you like to move to Texas?
NIce.

Great job. What a pity those kind of skills are disappearing.
She's Peter parker
Tanya, what do you keep in the apron pocket? I recognise calipers and safety glasses, but I don't recognise the rest.
😎
What's the advantage of using leather against other materials like denim?
Leather more durable and don't get dirty.
@@possumcode but more heavy and uncomfortable right?
@@iranhernandez6659 probably yes.. Would be more like armor than clothes. But since it fits the task it IS more comfortable
Fabric will hold more dirt particles and not really functioned as a protection. One of my friends drop a bottle of superglue on his pants, well it was painful.
And artificial leather is a basically foamed polyurethane and it is not durable at all, but in addition it can melts easily.
@@TanyaShpachuk ok, thanks, I'm going to made one, any suggestions on what type of leather use?
Can I ask how you got interested into guitar repair/luthier or who influenced you?
