Hi Steve & Alex. Got a lot done today. The cavity tray the work that went into that. I bet you never replace any that you have done before. Like you said Steve it’s the little things that take the time. Alex accidents happen. It’s only a lead that can be fix. As long you don’t hurt tool and fix or replace. Keep up the good work lads 👍
Cracking work and looking good. Good Lad Alex your dad Steve have brought you up well as most people wouldn’t own up or be honest when they’ve broken a tool or made a mistake these days. Hope your all doing well and you had a nice time Alex away with Nea. Bet you felt it tho when you came back and had to work hard again. Cheers for the video Steve and Alex take care and see you on the next one
get a in line plug and socket and all will be well failing that get some new cable to suit if I was up there I would do it for you ,thanks for the video as you are doing a grand job.
Looking good guys... starting to come along.👍 That door step.... interesting way to build it up and didn't envy you shifting and tidying up all that rubble. Looking forward to part 3. 💪
Great job Lads, Do you work to the adage, You break it, you've bought it. if so a couple of metres of flex is your best option Lol. looking forward to your next video. keep up the good work.
@@SteveAndAlexBuild The floor next to the wall has boards you removed to get to the "foundation"? when you started the inside work. It looked like it opened up part of a space under the floor???
Alex, you have two weeks holiday in Sweden, come back to work and first day what happens? Doh........! Could have happened to anyone Buddy, you're not the first and definitely won't be the last! Just think - could have been a finger or toe! Terrific day's work from you two again, talk about grafters!
@@SteveAndAlexBuild Thanks, Steve & Alex I'm going to get some of those blades could have done with one a few weeks ago toothing out just never knew they existed.👍
Good video steve and Alex this type of work is time consuming, toothing out brickwork etc steve in previous video did you say you had a hip replacement if you did it must have worked nice job
You're really starting to make a much needed change of looks to this house. Looking at the furnishings in what was the kitchen I believe, everything did have a very obsolete 60-70s look to it. Gloss white paint on the walls, grey or green linoleum tiles on the floor and a fluorescent tube armature on the ceiling, very utilitarian but not a place you want to live. I believe with those French doors and a modern kitchen it will be a giant improvement. Are the existing soldier courses real brick or carved in the render?
Hope youre getting well paid for that job you deserve it that work wrecks youre body youre son looks like a good grafter but do you want him to be doing that shit for the next 30 years

Bang a new plug on that saw, it'll be good as new... if not a little shorter.
Or, if you're not comfortable taking the tool apart, just add a plug and socket where the break in the lead is
😆😆👍🏽🧱

Great work you certainly earned your money there. Didn't realise you could cut through mortar with a Recip saw, what type of blade do you use?
Thanks pal . Bosch carbide masonry 💪🏼🧱👍🏽

Are the existing soldier courses real brick or carved in the render?
Very true Tom . They were original engineering bricks 🧱🧱🧱👍🏽
@@SteveAndAlexBuild So the renderer needs to hide all these soldier courses, otherwise it would look odd.

Guys how can you work in such a mess ,so much rubble. Gents think about your safety
We do but on a mid terrace house with little space where the customers asked us to pile the rubble in that location it’s quite hard . 🧱👍🏽
