Yada, yada, yada, of course, you are right technically and judiciously, but you are also hella wrong when it comes to common sense and logic. In this instance, there was no public access beyond the gate, but the gate was nonetheless wide open because it was temporarily broken, and the public personnel had failed to move their no access sign to the gate line to restrict general public access. For whatever reason, the Sgt was well aware that there was no public access beyond the gate, which is likely why he had easy access to whomever he was talking to in the office. He also talked with James and then had them manually close the gate; otherwise, hypothetically, if James were hit by a bulldozer while back there, do you think he would not have sued for millions? I would! So, to prevent you and I from having to pay for any potential injuries, the cop went beyond his call of duty - and should have - the Supreme Court notwithstanding. QED

That 3-striper (I'm not calling him a military rank, because he is NOT military) is very argumentative....A sign is needed, and the idiot kept on about YOUR safety.🙄
James, it was quite obvious that no one at the facility was smart enough - today - to move their movable sign restricting access out to the gate line to make it clear that only authorized personnel are allowed beyond the gate - open or closed. Yes, no? That is point one. Two, yes, you can say it, but it is certainly unfair to call the Director unprofessional, as you did, just because he exercised his 1st Amendment Right to only speak to you in passing and not engage in a full-throated conversation about some stupid gate that is supposed to restrict access to the general public. From his point of view, that was likely way beneath his preview of concerns. Obviously, that sign was movable for a reason . . . I think. Anyway, another "unpaid" security audit and another 1st Amendment check on our right to record in public, something that was not mentioned, let alone even challenged, in the entire video. Great job. QED
9:24 The law says you can either 1.) "put up a sign", OR 2.) "just have a nervous employee run around saying that everything is restricted". Everyone knows that's the letter of the law, when it comes to designating and maintaining restricted or employee-only areas. "have someone running around saying everything is restricted" = and they definitely have that method in place
Notice the sign at the gate entrance, 12:20 mark, that says "Pumkin Collection" which is obviously for the residents, so it's all public access whether some forklift driver likes it or not.
*As much as I love your videos (I’m Subscribed And Everything) I’m trying to understand why you called the director a “goofy” because he didn’t want to have a dialogue with you?? Like you do understand that people aren’t obligated to talk to you if they don’t want to right..??*
No no no. Once they let ANY member of the public in to a “restricted” area, that area, by law, becomes open to the public and if they only let “certain” members in to that area, then they are discriminating by definition.
It's sad that cops feel the need to talk to adults like we're little kids. These cops didn't do horrible but the Sargent was obvious to the law and copsplained only his views. I think cops should be forced to use Q Tips every day

@ 24:35 That's the REAL ANSWER! They have those gates OPEN for the "convenience of the guys". Meaning those gates should be closed at all times as they are supposed to be. FOR "safety".
That sergeant and Director were just trying to enforce ego. They knew they were in the wrong for not having the proper signage up and they got mad because you’re exposed it. Great job. Enjoy your content Appreciate what you do. Take care and try to stay safe out there.
17:00 What is the point of having a sign stating authorized personnel or employees only beyond this point when only employees are allowed outside of that demarcation line? The only reason a sign would be needed is if non-employees would have access to the area where the sign is placed. 🤨
If the public is allowed entry at any point (drop off), then the press is allowed to be in that area. When you went back out, the pumpkin sign was gone.
Looks to me like it would be easier to put a sign up than open and close it. Especially if they need to do it by hand. It has an electrical drive motor on it. It must be broken.😮

That 3-striper (I'm not calling him a military rank, because he is NOT military) is very argumentative....A sign is needed, and the idiot kept on about YOUR safety.🙄
Public servants showing their true colors. Total disdain for the public.
Shameful
@TTA42800, He needs a complaint! Unprofessional & total lack of knowledge about restricted areas. Unacceptable from a position of authority.
Make sure they’re OSHA Certified?
If there is something we have all learned.. Anytime someone says "It is for your safety".... That is a red flag lol.
Been Subscribed for about 6 months, love your Channel.
another one . wow. so now they made even more work for themselves by having to manually open and close the gate. genius.
Great job. QED
From the southernmost tip of Texas. Keep up the great work TTA!
Puro 956!!
Appreciate the support
I get my husband to watch with me n we debate about you James. I’m for and he’s against. Keep up the great work because your doing nothing nefarious 😂
That's a great comment debate an argument are the seeds for knowledge and enlightenment sounds like you guys have a good thing going
Exactly
*As much as I love your videos (I’m Subscribed And Everything) I’m trying to understand why you called the director a “goofy” because he didn’t want to have a dialogue with you?? Like you do understand that people aren’t obligated to talk to you if they don’t want to right..??*
They are while on my payroll
Good job TTA!The receptionist is by far a better professional than her directorShameon that little and rude tyrant!
I think cops should be forced to use Q Tips every day
He will always protect a government employee long before protecting a citizen. We are their enemy. They made that clear when they shit on our flag.
Sg doesn't know difference between open & closed... Sign says pumpkin collection ahead 😂
Exactly
Great Video 📷
They are law enforcement... Not the Safety Patrol 😂
😂😂
The last guy didn't like it, he had money to collect off the record.
Hello TTA Family stay safe James 😮❤😊😂
Thanks, stay safe as well.
“Kelsey, What’s the DIRECT number to this location?” - Tyrant James 23:10
My favorite quote from him. It throws the employees OFF everytime 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
I like how you booked on out coz that was your intention. You didn’t hang around out of spite. I we all commend you for that ❤
Thanks so much..yeah cause then it really looks like you’re there to stir up things..
The other videos tells a different story 😂😂.… “I wish I wasn't getting ready to leave” yea sure😅
You gotta return there. They are going to open again after you leave.
Uppers are busy cashing them checks and shopping!
James thank u for standing up for our rights notice the they took the pumpkin drop off away 😂
Cop by law it has to be labeled, it doesn't matter what you say. Your words are NOT LAW!
@ 24:35 That's the REAL ANSWER! They have those gates OPEN for the "convenience of the guys".
Meaning those gates should be closed at all times as they are supposed to be. FOR "safety".
I guess
For safety sake
First thing I do as I walk in on my lunch break / check RUclips first video TTA never fails
🦾🦾🦾
So if you have a pumpkin to drop off, you have to throw it from the gate?
Come do barrington public works
Ur the best💯😊
Thanks so much
gate gate was open and another sign for pumpkin pick that is an invite to the public 15:40
Why you never post the police body cams?
James is the auditor of the signs of restricted areas. They just expect that people guess where is restricted with no need of signs. 😅
He keeps bringing up your/public safety... Crazy when the SCOTUS has made it clear that public safety is not the duty of law enforcement.
If the public is allowed entry at any point (drop off), then the press is allowed to be in that area. When you went back out, the pumpkin sign was gone.
🤔🤔
The pumpkin collection sign seems to be inviting the public back there to see the pumpkins. 🎃
Pumpkin propane resistant to being hit by trucks.
Definitely
What the hell did I type!
Looks to me like it would be easier to put a sign up than open and close it. Especially if they need to do it by hand. It has an electrical drive motor on it. It must be broken.😮
