It was a bit of a let down, but I was glad to see they were doing something different. I've had some viewers from Insta comment that a private tour there was great, and the wine bar offers some really good tasting options.
The "tour part" sounds great. But that tasting sounds incredibly disappointing. Especially if that was the "premium tasting". I shudder to imagine what the standard tasting is!!!!
Yeah, it's a great choice for tourists who aren't really in to port or wine, but it's not the right answer for everyone. Very cool use of teaching tools.
While they have similar components I'm finding each tour to be unique. Best photo wise...I would say Grahams, Cockburns, Sandeman, Ferreira in no special order. Those are the biggest ones where you get long rows of barrels and vats. They are all quite dark as far as good picture exposure, just to be aware.
Have you been to Cálem's? If so, what are your thoughts.
Enjoyed the video, thanks. Was really hoping for better after hearing about the way they used tech to introduce the main port categories.

Which port tour provides the best photo opportunities inside the caves ? Will they all like the same inside ?
