Why do all of SMFR's command and battalion cars always have 2 sirens? Do the drivers decide to do that everytime or did the dept. decide to set that up that way that it's always duel sirens? Cause i've never seen or i guess heard of forced duelies before.
If you mean at 10:31 then I'm pretty sure that's strobe lighting on the main lightbar and cameras half the time have trouble picking that lighting up so they look like they are off but they aren't. Edit: But if it's not strobe I've heard some kinds of LEDs have the same problem. Could be wrong though.
@@natesiebert2840 Ok then, wasn't sure exactly. You remember from when you shot the clip? Edit: I went and looked and at exactly 10:31 the bar looks like strobe to me but as the truck passes you, you can clearly see it's LED.
1:30 that’s a beautiful background! I live 10 minutes from both 36 and 39, so I see Engine 39 and Medic 36 responding pretty often.
Some of those command vehicles could probably use some more lights; maybe a third siren.
I like the addition of Engine 23, specifically because it's the first due company where I live, I immediately recognized that street
Same 23 is by me to!
I'm curious, why do all the apparatus have permanent numbers except the medics?
I love and watch all your videos keep up the great work
I want to work for SM but I’m in AL 🤦🏽♂️
Brilliant catch Nate 🧑🏻👍🏻🚒
It’s my dream to work for SMFR one day
Great video! 🚒👍
How come Engine 43 was responding from station 21 in the first clip?
Engine 21 was probably out of service so 43 was moved there to provide coverage
@@e.g.o.m.e you hit the nail on the head 👍🏼
@@natesiebert2840 I think 43's horn voice cracked a little
I like the Siren that E-43 Were using
Nice catches the bc sirens r so quiet don’t hear them till they’re right there
I have a another reason for engine 43 they sometimes move the engines and medics up to other stations for coverage
Yup. That’s why they were there….
@@natesiebert2840 Then when the unit is clear to return home they send the covering unit back to their own staton

Why at 3:37 the units just cut the lights and sirens?
Because they were canceled
@@natesiebert2840 oh ok
Very nice catches! Why don't the engines or trucks ever use their electronical sirens? Like wail/yelp/phaser.

Nice catches! What's that unmarked unit at 3:37? Got an interesting siren on it. Love the horns on Medic 42 as well!
Ops 10. And me too haha
Well that unmarked was the SMFR Fire Investigations Team
Nice vid!
Oh hi commander

Why was engine 23s main light bar not on

@@dangerousrobot9692 yeah they just didn’t have it turned on, or it wasn’t working. Because they’re led not strobe
