However I am thinking after submitting the application, I will have to get Biometric appointment.. which takes a bit of time and then for them to process and approve it takes a few months but till that time my visa will expire so how does that work?

Hi, my spouse has done A1 Test for her first application when coming to UK. Now we are applying for extension after 2.5 years. Can she do B1 instead of A2. Will her application be refused if she skip A2 and do b1.
B1 is fine A2 can only be used on 1st extension after that fir Indefinite leave to remain you have to do B1 that time.... if you do B1 now you can cover Extension and ILR with same certificate
It's not nessary to provide property inspection report now days but it's mandatory for sponsor to provide the tenancy agreement which clearly shows property will not be overcrowded ..

For spouse visa extension do you upload the documents online or take them at the uk centre ?

Can we reuse the same translation documents used for spouse visas 2 1/2 years back ? Marriage certificate and any other translations
