I have not have proper tv for a long time but my viewing time is satisfied by youtube. I like the countryside,running and the out of doors so thank you for taking us to interesting places that I may not be able to visit in person.
Its the fact that you are a normal guy and taking all this on and sharing it all with us. I'm a similar age 62? and just plough my own furrow at my our pace. You bring the runs alive with all the local info and engagement with the environment. Long may it continue and wish you good health and wonderful new year.

I love your videos although I’ve not been very motivated the last couple of months but watching your videos is helping to get back running. Having heard all about your planned races this year makes me want to plan some for myself.

However, you sound like you rallied and decided to record this one instead so well done on the positive action. I watch your videos for many reasons. They are informative and interesting, I would like to do some of the events you have run and I am middle aged too and just enjoy running!
