I used to think myself many times alone and blamed myself when many things were out of control but when i started creating myself i found there are many things hidden in me in terms of creativity i dnt need anyone now, i felt solitude is the best and yes we can be happy alone its a myth that one can not be happy being alone , one need to discover his/herself in solitude.

Hii sir, I want to thank you, I'm final year BTech student from IIT ISM Dhanbad, before few months i was in a kind of depression condition due to placement related pressure as placement started from nov -dec and also little bit due to a girl, these makes me so tense as I was started thinking do i have some psychological problems than i started studying and watching stuff related to emotions, psychology and mental health related things and fortunately a found your podcast with a psychologist ma'am and one podcast with you batchmate from IIT Delhi who is ips these videos helped me a lot to keep balance of my life... I keep studying and working upon my mental health and fortunately i got placement in RELIANCE INDUSTRIES as Graduate engineer trainee on 7th December day 2 of placement much earlier as i was expecting, Thankyou soo much sir keep making such nice videos and podcasts these really helped a lot...❤🙏

Advise from some one who’s alone for 18 years.
Happy alone doesn’t comes easy
It comes with going thru lots of depression.
Once u crack it, u will triumph alone.
But staying long alone is not good and you will have to come out of it once ur healed fully and allowed enough time to self reflect.
A couple of years is good but it’s not a permanent solution.

I was a studious child since childhood.. my parents taught me that I should avoid making friends to focus on studying and girls ofcourse... and now I m in a medical college... I am struggling to make friends and I asked out a girl.. I got rejected... I liked physics I wanted to do research work in physics or something related to physics.. I was forced to do mbbs by my family .. I m feeling lonely and depressed . I shout at my family many times for sending me and upbringing me wrongly and they keep telling me this field has money that's y we sent u.. I m struggling in my studies obsessed with one girl feeling pity about my life.. help me what should I do .. ( I know I can top my exams or at least score well but this feeling is putting me down )
