Dark wings assistant also has an exo skeleton which he used to hurt invincible. So really he’s not a normal human. But I could admit maybe I placed him a little bit too high

Green ghost got nerfed by the writers, she could have litterally phased all of her teamates during the fight with omniman and he wouldn’t be able to touch them. They instead made her catch a dead body and get one tapped without using her powers
you should do another one of these tiers when s3 comes out cos theres gonna be alot more characters who are strong, plus s3 mark is much higher on the list
