I have fished and recreated from a string of 12-14 foot, flat bottomed jon boats since approximately 1983, and the best seats I have ever had in one of my boats is the Millenium Marine B100. It is definitely not the least expensive, but you do get what you pay for with these. The breathable fabric is wonderful in hot climates, and renders swamp-ass a thing of the past. For the ultimate in all day comfort, also add an Attwood 17721 swivel. It has 3-degrees of tilt, for the perfect extra bit of recline angle Mine were the first mesh-type seats I ever saw. These days there are many mesh seats from which to choose, and I am sure that most any would breathe and be comfortable. Like I said, you will get what you pay for, so just don't "cheap out" too much.

Mine were the first mesh-type seats I ever saw. These days there are many mesh seats from which to choose, and I am sure that most any would breathe and be comfortable. Like I said, you will get what you pay for, so just don't "cheap out" too much.
