“The female lemur will steal food right out of the males hand” *Me watching my wife eat my food after saying she’s not hungry * “ahhh so this is a universal practice in the animal kingdom!”
Hahahaha no way!
Yep, pretty much
You’re supposed to stop her when she tries that. She’s not hungry, then she doesn’t need your food.
It's a primate thing😂
My food now biahc
And yet, I still blame the parents. Because they are responsible for their children. Not the zoo. They had the kid. They took the kid to the zoo. Ta-da. I took my nephews as small infants and toddlers and children to the zoo. Every single time, they were made to understand the rules of the zoo.
When I worked IT and Networking at my local Zoo, the Orangutan exhibit was the only exhibit I was allowed into when the Animals weren't completely in their enclosure. As far as they were concerned, I was just another zoo keeper. The fastest way to the back was through the orangutan exhibit. Literally, the most dangerous thing in their area were the Peacocks that chilled with them, and the Peacocks occationally came out into the main zoo, walking with customers (Like most zoos, actually). Those are the bastards you have to watch out for.
Wow really? Lol crazy
If natural selection was actively left to do its thing. Common sense wouldn’t be as uncommon as it is today.
Hahaha good point
People will do A N Y T H I N G for internet clout and fame. Which is why I hate social media.
If one person does something stupid and or dangerous and it blows up…everyone does it with varying results.
All these parents throwing their kids into the zoo enclosures..... Crying shame.
Those kids were lucky they fell into gorilla enclosures.
...It did not go nearly as well for the kid that fell into a cage filled with African wild dogs.
10:38 Even in humans traqulizers are not instant. On average it takes anything from 2-4 minutes on humans and there's also the thing that you need to be very careful with the dosage. Too little, subject stays concious but hazy and unpredictable. Too much and they stop breathing.
Love the Casual Geographic reactions!
7:40 Someone clearly didn't watch all 4 seasons of Meerkat Manor and it shows.
Y’all should watch the unspeakable horrors of the deep sea
Excited kids, distracted parents, climbable railings...
A recipe for disaster
@@EliAndJaclyn And this is why my mom had me on a *leash* when I was a toddler.
@@brigidtheirish AYO ?
@@raionshishi8290 Are you using that in the "hey, you" sense or the "you said something inappropriate" sense?
@@brigidtheirish More in the "What did he saaay ?!" meme sense.
Love you guys
The Harambe thing that if he didn't pass COVID wouldn't happen I 💯 believe because ever since he died things went in the toilet man I know sounds dumb but hey just do the math and it kinda adds up also the fact that he's from my zoo where I live makes it worse. 13:09
Here's an idea of something you could react to if you can track it down the TV show Meerkat Manor
Justice for hirhambi
The part about the voting seems accurate
Aaa Koko has a niece
I love how these two young people are setting watching a video and manage to blame the parents. They were all referred to as accidents for a reason. The parents were not doing anything that would have been considered neglectful or harmful to their children. And you saying just strap them into strollers is laughable. Part of the reason you take kids to the zoo is for them to expend their energy (exposing them to the animals so they can learn about them is a positive biproduct). Kids are going to kid. Notice how all of the kids that fell in were too big for strollers but too small to see the animals easily. If you ever have kids you will understand that is a difficult range. I am not faulting the zoo either. They have to balance the safety of the people and the animals. Many times the choices they have to make for safety of one results in decreased visibility. This is a problem for zoos as visibility of the animals brings in revenue critical to the care of the animals. I guess my point is that these instances are accidents, and given the number of visitors zoos have the few that do happen represent such an infinitesimally small amount of overall interactions planning for and preventing them would be impossible.
if you're not paying attention to your kid at all times in a sea full of strangers + wild animal exhibits, what are you doing though. if you want to be able to enjoy the zoo fully and you have a small child, leave them with the babysitter. otherwise don't take your eyes off that kid. it should be common sense.
Zoos are not parks- you can’t let your gremlin children run wild
