For those that don't know, African wild dogs don't kill their prey.
    They just start eating.
That 2 year old was eaten alive in front of an audience, that mother should get the death penalty.

Not to mention that they tend to start from the privates to get to the intestines quicker. Yeah, that poor kid's death was brutal. I just hope he got knocked out cold due to the fall.

I don't think she should get the death penalty per see since she didn't intentionally murder the kid (even then, I'm generally against capital punishment) but I do agree that she should face charges, I'm thinking criminal negligence. I'm willing to bet that she blamed the zoo because she didn't want to face the reality that she had killed her own child in one of the most brutal and horrific ways possible by simply making a careless mistake.

@@peggedyourdad9560 Lifting your child over a protective railing in a zoo at an exhibit full of wild animals known for the brutal way they tear their still living pray apart to eat them alive isn't "a careless mistake"
Dropping your phone would be a careless mistake.
Your CHILD should be given INFINITELY more care than your fucking PHONE. If "a careless mistake" can result in your child screaming in a pit as he's ripped apart, then you don't deserve to be a parent at all, much less continue to live after what YOU have done. No, this isn't negligence, this should be classified as a brutal fucking murder because there is NO excuse you could make that would in ANY way justify your decision.
This is no different to someone getting blackout drunk and running down a bunch of children walking to school. Aside from the fact at least the car is quick about it.

@@peggedyourdad9560 accidentally painting someone’s house the wrong colour is a mistake, walking in on someone in the bathroom is a mistake. Telling a child no when they’re allowed to do it is a mistake.
Dangling your child over a tall ass barrier over a wild dog enclosure and dropping the child is NOT a mistake. It’s pure fucking negligence and stupidity. You being the cause of your child dying to one of the most horrific deaths a child could suffer through is far past a “mistake”. I also do not agree in the death penalty, I’ve always thought sitting and rotting in a cell, living the rest of your life on edge and controlled was far more fitting of a punishment but man, this isn’t some little oopsie slip up. This was essentially man slaughter, unintentional murder. Tf did she think was going to happen? It’s pure stupidity.

@@ShilohSmith A mistake is just doing something you didn’t intend to and this, while on the extreme end, still qualifies as a mistake since she did not intend to kill her child. It was a mistake caused by criminal negligence on the part of the mother for not thinking about the very real consequences of lifting her child over the protective barrier for an enclosure housing one of the most brutal killers on the African continent.

A couple of months ago saw a 6~7 years old kid climbing a fence in a zoo to get a better view of a Cassowary. Once o saw him I grabbed the kid and pulled him down the fence and then the mom proceeded to start to argue with me about how I didn't have to be so rude to her kid. I slowly explained to her and her kid why the child was seconds away from a gruesome death and then they both left terrified. If an animal has suchs a big fence around them, there's probably a reason, so dont get close to it.

God bless you for that. Knowing what Cassowaries can do, I hope that kid has learned to just admire from a safe distance.

I can't stand parents who take their children to places absolutely teeming with dangerous wildlife and then just act like they're on vacation because they happen to be in enclosures. I'm sorry, but just because you're at the zoo dosen't mean you need to stop keeping track of your kid and everything they do, if anything, you need to be even more dialed in because of the sheer amount of children who have found their way into enclosures in the past, AND, zoos are usually packed with people! if you turn your back, how easy would it be for someone to scoop your kid right up and take off with them in the second it takes you to turn around. Everyone wants to enjoy the zoo, but you've already resigned yourself to having a kid, if you want to be able to relax and keep your guard down, have a babysitter take them around the zop separately, or leave them at home.

Parents who end up having their children hurt or killed by an unfortunate animal accident, they should be held responsible, the audacity of them suing the zoo " for negligence".

    • @raionshishi8290
      @raionshishi8290 Год назад +7

I feel worse for the animals, because in the end they get killed over a persons stupid negligence. All these animals in their enclosures and minding their business for some reason get the death penalty because they attacked something that was inside their "home" basically. They didn't do nothing wrong, I don't care if a person died or that they killed someone, it's fucking nature, I expect an animal to kill me if I walk up in their private space like that because people do that all the time themselves to each other or other animals.

The reason Pandas are so expensive? China LITERALLY has the market corned on them. The Chinese government is the one who lends out the pandas for a price..and if a pair miraculously have a baby at your zoo? You have to pay extra for that and all 3 can be recalled back to China if they so choose...all panda eventually make their way back to China as they all came from there.

With the kid who was eaten by dogs, not only was there a protective railing, but there was a net underneath it. Unfortunately, the kid bounced off the net before falling, which is one reason that he survived the fall.

I wish there is a law about if Some idiot decided to challenge Animals in the Zoo. If they were in trouble. It’s their fault. Means if they die. No one will be blamed. But again, Gov is dumb not seeing this through. You might call that Law inhumane but for me it’s bloody JUSTICE. You pay the price for doing something stupid. I wouldn’t let them get away with it even the consequences is as Inhumane as possible.
