  • In this week's video, we are in Putrajaya, Malaysia, also known as the artificial city. This city is the administrative capital of the country. We spent the day exploring, we went and toured some beautiful mosques, buildings, the prime minister's office, and walkways. We hope we were able to show you a little bit of how cool and beautiful this place is! We hope you enjoy watching :)

Fun facts to ponder: Peninsular Malaysia (and all of Southeast Asia) are within the Equator line with tropical hot (not as hot as the desert) humid temperature. Therefore, throughout history, buildings (including palaces for the royals) were made of wood (not bricks and stones), thus, you can never found any remains and ruins of the dwellings of the ancient kingdoms/peoples like in China, Japan, India, Europe and some other cool temperature areas, except a few places for worships and commerce like the Angkor Wat, Borobudur and the industrial area/port in Lembah Bujang/Merbok in Kedah.

I'm local here, me and my family started to moved and live in Putrajaya since 2012 from a mix-multiracial metropolitan city Subang Jaya. Been living here for 10 years now. In the beginning it was just only forest and empty lands, no night fun activities haha. it was super bored back then. Thank god they now build more buildings, malls and more activities to do now, still i wish they have more night activities like everyday Buskers performance, live shows etc.
