He attacks by causing Blocks from Ceiling drops. He laso has his special weapon Ice Wave, the surging Cold Wave that cause fsh freeze phenomenon.
It took me weeks just to get to the boss fight. It then took me several more hours to beat him (Frost Man). It only took me a little over an hour to beat Tangu man and his stage.
