In some places, there are churches that prepare meals and supply other necessities such as access to to running water for bathing, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, clothes, etc. and a place to wash and dry clothes. They also need transportation to and from work. There's nothing with helping homeless people under the condition that they accept help finding work, too.
