- While visiting Waterloo Region, Pearl, Mike, Olivia and Phil try out a trio of traditional Serbian favourites. Our first ever time having Serbian food!

Karadjordjeva and cevapi packed in one container? it's a big no no! Karadjordjeva is served with french fries and tartar sauce on top of it and cevapi goes with chopped onions in a warm bun. it would taste even better than this 😋
Good point! How to plate the food to maximize the pleasure is very important! I believe the restaurant did this, as we ordered as a group, and it was better for the environment to keep everything in one takeout container. But, it was delicious in every combination possible. :) - (Phil)
The next step is to eat the same dishes "at the source", back in Serbia (like the city of Nis, for ex.) and then make a comparison.
We are considering a trip to Serbia! We hear Belgrade has a unique charm. But Serbian-Canadians are great, friendly neighbours. - (Phil)

no chees it is kajmak, from milk fat !!!!!industrial milk has no fat!!!?
The Serbian restaurant we ordered it from was kind to try to explain kajmak to us, and their menu reads "some of our homemade cheese"... Serbian food is delicious no matter how it's described, do you agree? - (Phil)
