Thanks for this Tati. Just bought 12 Morphe brushes and I was also like "what do I do with this one, and this one". More tutorials on different brushes would be AMAZING. And what brushes to buy, drugstore, etc.
I really enjoyed the “tutorial” format of that video explaining how to create the look.
In the past 10-12 months you’ve drifted away from the “how to achieve this look” element and just focused on reviewing the products. It doesn’t matter how brilliant a palette is, if I don’t know where to place the colours to re-create your beautiful looks the palette’s of no particular interest to me as I’m no MUA! 😆😉

I agree. These past few months, Beauty gurus have been focusing on reviewing a product or releasing a collaboration. But I am learning so much on Tati because she is explaining what she do veeeery well.
agreed! I don’t want to constantly be hounded with products without knowing how to use them. I have so many expensive products I purchased based on influencer reviews that I end up hating because they sit around and I can’t figure out exactly how they should be applied.
Meg Taylor Yes!!! Same here!! I have so many BEAUTIFUL palettes that I’m told are the latest “fantastic” “must have” palettes, in stunning packaging that look great in my make up drawer. Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea how to use them to recreate the look the influencer created so they end up staying.... looking pretty in the drawer 🤦🏻♀️
If you want eye tutorials check out Angela Bright on RUclips She does an in-depth tutorial using different palettes, you can go to her channel type in the pallet you have and there will usually be several looks.

I'll usually, for work, do a whole eye look with one fluffy brush and my fingers, just for quickness😂for something more detailed I'll use a lot more but that's only when I have the time xx

Lol ME. Elf recently had a 60% off sale and i bought a ton of brushes, but I find myself using the same brush for my eye shadows and forgetting the rest. I also bought brush Cleaner because I NEVER clean my brushes and didn't even think about needing to clean them until a few years ago 😆 speaking of, i should clean my brushes ...

That would have been way more useful than reviewing a set of brushes from the super high end Nieman M. store, which no beginner would ever be familiar with.

Please review Catrice 1 Minute Miracle primer/foundation! I'ts a mossey thing that can be a mattifying primer, and it "makes your pores invisible"! Also it can be used as sheer foundation. AND it's one shade fits all!!! It is an OMG product!

This is a FANTASTIC, must-see tutorial for anyone new to makeup, or who doesn't wear makeup very often. I LOVE the tighter camera shots, and I really appreciate how you (or your editor) circle which color within the palette that you're using. For someone who is truly new to makeup, YT can be a bit daunting; but you make makeup feel accessible and doable for all skill levels. Thank you for your tremendous hard work, time, and enthusiasm!

Honestly I just work with cool tones like cool browns because I have cool undertones and just use them like you normally would.. If I do an every day smokey - ish look I'll just use purples instead of warm browns because it flatters my skin tone more.. Warm browns look stupid on me haha as if I'm sick or someone punched me in my face.

Cinema secrets is the brand's name it kills 99.9% of bacteria too 😂 I bought the large bottle for £25 like 2 days ago 💅 my friend uses it and it's amazing. Literally dip it in the liquid and swoosh it around on a kitchen paper towel and it's done! Dry's instantly too 😂🤫

I've found a Scrub Daddy sponge from the grocery store is a great alternative to the Vera Mona Color Switch tin if you're ballin' on a budget!

I don't normally stray from my typical eye routine, I've grown used to it and have never really thought I could wear shadow like everyone else, I have very big eyes with lots of lid space so sometimes, certain looks are weird on me. However I followed your video today to a T with similar colors I had on hand and omg I'm IN LOVE with how it looks. I look awake and refreshed and my eyes look so bright. It's so good to see you doing tutorials again. I haven't seen that since I started watching you about a year ago. I love it! Please keep it up. I do get tips by watching you do it but just that step by step method really helps. I really do not do all the crease shading with three colors. I just use one color and shade the outer lid with a darker shade. Sometimes just use one color and not crease. The crease itself can look like it has a darker color on it. Please do more of these.
I loved this video so much! There is nothing better than a closeup tutorial on eye shadow application. The talent of the artist is a beautiful thing to watch!

I absolutely LOVE 😍 when you do tutorial style video’s with in-depth details on how to use brushes and why to build colours the way you do etc!
My only (tiny) suggestion is to remind people that what your doing works for your eyes and will need adjusting to suit your own shape! I know that is what I find the hardest, is figuring it out then on my eyes... not been successful yet as eyes (skin texture & hollowness etc)change due to chronic health issues. But one day I’ll figure it out.

@@nykka3 Whenever she wears something that I want to know what it is, I go onto Bloomingdale's site and like for this went to blouses and searched under green. When that didn't yield anything similar I went under dresses and searched there and found it. If I can't find something on there, I search on other high end department store sites.

Thank you for this!! I did pageants growing up and had my makeup done multiple times. I've seen looks throughout my life that I try to copy but I never thought about watching an instructional video.
I randomly saw the video you did with your sisters and changed my contouring method that day. You've shown me that I have so much to learn. I caved in and got some eyeshadow palettes recently so I'm seeing what I can learn from you.
