I've got the ebl charger like that $10 one, but it has two USB charging ports too.
And I paid way more than $10 of I remember correctly.
It's saved me a ton of money on batteries though. Especially for xbox controller.
One issue is that you can't charge single batteries. They charge in pairs. Which is annoying as I use a single one for my flashlight.
