hey floss that usb on the solar panel is a female usb port. You plug the usb cable into that end of the cable coming out of the solar panel

Ok so we got it figured about that female USB connector on the solar panel, I'd be curious to see how well it charges various devices, if it will charge up an external battery, if it will charge an S6, Note 4, Note Pro 12, etc. Seems like a lot of these solar panels don't put out enough mA.
