I've noticed pros use two different ammo weapons, why is that thought having the same ammo is better

There's multiple reasons. Having 2 ammo types keeps your fighting ability diverse. It's also a lot easier to judge how much ammo you should be carrying if you have 2 different types.

How do you join these tournaments

You just have to be following a streamer that hosts the tournament. Just go look up pubg streamers on Facebook and RUclips, follow them, and when they host a tournament, sign up for it! :)
