Trailer carrying propane tanks catches on fire on I-5 in North Portland

A trailer carrying about 120 propane tanks caught on fire just before 5 a.m. on Tuesday near the Swan Island exit, according to Portland Fire & Rescue.

Portland “the city that does not work”. Why is I5 still closed at 5pm, the fire was on the ramp above the freeway.

It looks like that from some of the videos because the flames went so high but it was on I-5 itself. Check out the videos. What I question is was this really an accident or did someone do this on purpose to cause chaos.
