Geroolt Of Roovia No, the woman is exactly Orianna. At his last conversation with her on Blood and Wine, Geralt says her time would come, and Orianna sings the same song of the trailer (this if you didn't chose to free Syanna). At the trailer, when Geralt arrives, he says: "nice tune, been a while since I heard it last". So, chronologically, this trailer is Geralt final appearence in the saga.
Yes she is Orianna. After geralt find out she just farming human just like the higher vampires do in old time, he say he will go after one day. That why he said like "been a while" and "last time"
Orianna is evil but I think she's less evil than a lot of The Witcher characters which is why I don't really hate her. She's evil, deserved to die but I still don't completely hate her.
TheCash21011x This year it's gonna be especially hard to pick a GOTY winner. I think it will most likely come down to Witcher 3 , Batman Arkham Knight and MGSV . I would also say bloodborne but I don't think so..
***** Bloodborne won't win because it's hardcore and Japanese. It doesn't matter how amazing that game is. If that mediocre shite dragon age won last year then the Witcher winning this year is almost guaranteed.
Krzysztof Nojman i personally think it was a Nosferat, because of what she said to Geralt. Witchers tend to avoid hunting them because they are really strong and highly intelligent and hunting one of them could easily result in the witcher's death. Even Geralt almost lost, he was saved by the potion he drank before.
Atlas T. i would bet on Alp or Nosferat, since I do not think that Bruxa's were capable of invisibility and this one did not communicate telepathically :)
More often games just tend to show off their graphics and that's it. For the witcher 3 it's not just any cinematic trailer, you'll soon realize the significance of it when you're playing their latest DLC. Everything was planned from the start.
Okay, here's the back story: she was likely a higher vampire. Higher vampires are extremely intelligent, rare, and misunderstood; they do not need blood, but can become addicted to it, as it is a stimulant to them. Geralt doesn't like hunting them as they are extraordinarily dangerous and sentient. While I doubt they have a personal history, Geralt likely regrets having to hunt her as witchers are likewise rare, powerful, sentient, and misunderstood. But he's a monster hunter, and while humans may persecute him and be true monsters at times, he will do his job.
+Davito2000 The locals wouldn't pay to have her killed if she wasn't killing. Plus, I'm pretty sure Witchers' medallions don't react to the presence of higher vampires.
Dnt Wry As I've pointed out in the previous comments, yes, she probably is a killer. But the lore on higher vampires is in flux and, at times, contradictory in nature. The higher vampire character in the books, (I won't name him to avoid spoilers), was completely unclassified as a species and was only determinable due to the lack of his shadow and immunity to fire. But in the games, "Higher Vampire" seems to encompass all vampires of a higher sentience that do not need to feed on blood to survive, such as this bruxa. Bruxae, unlike the higher vampire in the books, are at least vulnerable to silver although the medallion matter seems to be in question. Whereas "Higher Vampire" used to be the apex vampires which were enigmatic and immune to silver, now it's more of a catch-all for the non-bestial blood drinkers.
how hard was it to identify her as a vampire? did you not notice the blood sucking, super strength, super speed, invisibility and the fact that her skin burn to ash comes dawn?
+Codex It's obvious, that she was a vampire, but what kind of higher vampire? Bruxa, Nosferat, Alp, Mula or Katakan? I don't know, because I'm not that familiar with Witcher lore but I also think, that some of them wouldn't burn in sun, it could be thanks to the Black Blood potion
+Saito57G we don't talk about sub-species since there are too many and we aren't the experts to tell them apart. I'm talking about the guys doing the reaction, they seems to not be able to identify what kind of monster she was. But it was so obvious that she's a vampire yet they just can't see it and it frustrates the crap outta me.
Codex I know right. I feel like they pretend, that they don't see a single thing like "I wonder what kind of monster she is *Fangs are shown* Hmmm...I wonder *Zoom on the blood sucking* I want to know *Another zoom on fangs and blood*". Well, we atleast can tell, that she was higher vampire, which is also an obvious thing
Ya know, looking back, this trailer represents the game surprisingly well. Even down to showing that there's a person or story behind every contract you do. It's not often nowadays that a cinimatic trailer actually represents the final product this well.
When I first watched this, I thought oh what a pleasant little lady, just looking for her childs doll. This trailer blew me away when I first seen it. Was what got to buy the game. And conan's clueless gamer lol
I love the grit of this, Gerald got the job done but he wasn't untouchable. The detail that Geralt just collapsed after the fight and sleeps the rest of the night
3 days left! I have waited since they annouced it... so like 5 years! (I'm a huge fan of the witcher saga) My boss gave me 3 days off work for this xD Oh, and i subbed :*
Currently Playing witcher 3 in hardest difficulty ... 2017 and this game is STILL not old.... In my opinion this game surpassed every other open world RPG in its time.
I love the song for this trailer. It's from the monsters perspective about how monsters are afraid of wichers coming for them. I love how at first it sounds like it's about people being afraid of monsters and then it turns it around. The line that says" he'll eat you up whole" was a jarring change in perspective. I never thought about how monsters would react to witcher's using monster organs to make Witcher potions. It was just a cool change in perspective
The review was on point, even basing only the trailer and not the actual game itself. Proves to me that you guys are smart and objective, and thus respect to you guys and keep up the good work! The game itself, as mentioned on the trailer, it wasn't just all talk. It's hands down one of the best games I've played, and I probably won't disagree when someone said it's one of the best game ever made. And yes, even compared to those legendary games like DA:O, Mass Effect series, Fallout series, Elder Scrolls series, Witcher 3 is the representation of what a true 10/10, 5 star, triple A game should be. And I can't even begin to describe how smart they were with this trailer, the trailer represents most of the things you'd come to face in the game. The characters, the tone/scene, how things aren't what they seemed to be (beautiful girl turning out to be some blood sucking evil creature), conflict of interest (Geralt hunting the Bruxa just because the townspeople wanted her gone), even how and what you'd be given in terms of gameplay and combat mechanics are there.
To the guy that said "I don't want her to die", this is the amazing thing about witcher. It puts you in those moral dilemmas and forces you to make a decision. You actually get to know this vampire very well in the game, her name was Orianna. The reason why Geralt was forced to hunt her, was because she kept an orphanage to keep children safe. However she also drank from those children (in the witcher world, vampires live amongst humans, and you're unable to tell who is a vampire until they choose to reveal themselves), so she did this pretty successfully for a while until Geralt eventually stumbled along her trail. And he literally did stumble along it - no one suspected her until Geralt caught her red handed.
damn dude.. that cinematic was brilliant.. wow wow wow... I swear the games to come will just get better.. wow.. I seriously cant wait to play.. I have 2 now and its awesome.. #rejects4life I love you all
If your ever walking through the woods and see a lot of birds chirping(cant remember if it is a certain species of birds)that's usually a sign that a Bruxae is near.
The girl is an Alp, a High Vampire. And when she mentions, that in the past no witcher would take this conctract, she actually means that witchers don't usually kill highly sentient, magical creatures like Dragons...or Alps, due to respect of sort. Now, she's a part of the Blood and Wine DLC, which I haven't played yet, so don't know what made Geralt take this conctract, cause he had a pretty strong code not to kill such creatures, in the books. So no spoilers please ;).
the developers actually confirmed that she is a Bruxa. And go play Blood and Wine! You're in for a great surprise in the story. Definitely a night Geralt will remember.
not exactly that is orianna from blood and wine expansion she keeps a flock of children as a blood laugher and geralt swears he will come back for her one day but could not do it then as he needed her help still . so that is Gerald coming back after the end of the game to finish his revenge as he saw her as evil.
I beg you to play this game man!! Honestly this game is a beautiful piece of art! The game of the year edition is homestly worth alot more than what they sell it for its honesty one of the best games I've ever played in my life :D hope you play this beautiful game
the greatest game i have ever played by a country mile night to remember was a fantastic but for me the iris quest was touching and she was so beautiful and it was amazon the detail in the game was just wow just pure brilliance and i cannot wait for cyberpunk
I just finished Blood and Wine just today lol with a bad ending because I want to see the unseen elder even though the game keeps telling you to choose the other path and take syanna , and thats Beclauir right there at the end of the trailer ?
The Witcher 3 stories are awesome. Even the side quest the one with the bride of the well was the one story I got into and when I killed the wraith I was like at least she is free
Just buy this game and try it. It will give you all you want - story, great combat and much, much more. Believe me, I'm a fan of the Witcher series (avatar ^^) so just try it.
Hey I know it's way too late but if you think this was the best witcher cinematic you really need to see what they had done for Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition re-release. It's still my top cinematic even if it's alomst five years old.

JohnnyDog They are going to fix that, the reason that they had to downgrade was because of budget. They didn't have enough to set graphics for both PC and consoles (since consoles can't handle as much as a PC) so they had to downgrade to console graphics because consoles sell more. However like I said, CDPR are already making changes to the PC version.
I know you guys don't really react to old stuff ,but because it's such an amazing trailer check out the halo 3 odst live action trailer , it's really dark and amazing
She is not a witch. That woman is vampire, probably Nosferat. Witchers dont take contracts for them because they're dangerous and intelligent, as the girl say no amount of coin would make him do that. Geralt drinked Black Blood. It's poison that might even kill him.
She's an Alp, a highest tier of vampires in Witcher world. In other franchises an Alp would be equal to a vampire that has few centuries of experience.
+Wolf Guard Miestwin Check out the fwent bruxa card. looks exactly like this. and the werewolf in skelliges most wanted quest mentioned her too I think as 'Vereena, the bruxa with a love for Nazair flowers' or somethinh like that
Wanna annoy the fanboys??? Just call her (Bruxa) a higher vampire... Wanna annoy the fanboys.... Just call her (Bruxa) a Lower vampire... It usually is followed by 30 comments of people arguing if a Bruxa is actually a Higher Vampire lol Google and it goes all over the place....Higher Vamps don't need blood yada, yada Bruxa is...Bruxa is a tier of Higher Vampire...Bruxa is a normal but ancient Vampire etc etc But if She is a higher Vampire....Then why would Geralt just leave the body...Since higher vampires CANT BE DESTROYED FOR GOOD....DISCUSS....😛🙃🙃🤡
Geralt of Rivia Well, the two of them do kinda fit together after all...but I didn't expect that from Dandelion. Anyway I hope you, Yennefer and Ciri are alright. :) Greetings Wolf P.S.: I kinda like this role-play stuff on RUclips... ;)
the girl appears in The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine expansion. The trailer takes place after this expansion.
Geroolt Of Roovia No, the woman is exactly Orianna. Just play and beat Blood and Wine DLC and you'll surely see this bruxa (Orianna) in the main story, exactly the same face.
Are we ever gonna get the contract to kill her? Cause that would be awesome.
Yeah, Geralt said to Orianna "I'll come back to get you" and he did it... brilliant trailer, 1 year before the BaW
foreshadowing !
Orianna is evil but I think she's less evil than a lot of The Witcher characters which is why I don't really hate her. She's evil, deserved to die but I still don't completely hate her.
G Not really. She provided the kids with food and shelter. And only drink enough blood that she needed.
She had a new contract on her by different people, she clearly did something bad.
@@crumbsies She literally farmed children for their blood at an orphanage. The fuck?
Everywhere reviewers are calling it one of the greatest games ever made.
Txu Zai Yeah it's getting 10/10 and 9/10 all around.
TheCash21011x I said it since the begging that it had potential to be the best RPG of all time. It will for sure take the crown from Skyrim.
Txu Zai Well this is one of the most anticipated game of the last few years, it's almost like a Elder Scrolls, or a GTA.
this was a Bruxa
Krzysztof Nojman i personally think it was a Nosferat, because of what she said to Geralt.
Witchers tend to avoid hunting them because they are really strong and highly intelligent and hunting one of them could easily result in the witcher's death.

Krzysztof Nojman My theory is that she was High Vampire, even Geralt didnt felt need to kill her but peopel wanted her to die.
TheLoneWolfCz It is a Bruxa, At least for the game. When you play the cardgame qwint you can see a Bruxa monster card with the same picture
I shat myself when i came across her in Blood and Wine.
Lol I didn't notice until after .
More often games just tend to show off their graphics and that's it. For the witcher 3 it's not just any cinematic trailer, you'll soon realize the significance of it when you're playing their latest DLC. Everything was planned from the start.

Capper Stickington Indeed, at least based on his personality in the books.

Watch the killing monsters trailer
T R Snipes they're have seen this already;)
Pan x Did they filmed their reactions ?
***** yes
I searched, but did not find it

Nope, just the main trailer and this one. No killing monsters, no sword of destiny

Heh.. ;)
Szkoda że to nie Polacy zrobili ten trailer, ale i tak jest spoko :)
Ja teeez
Dlaczego przecież to Polska gra

I love everyone’s reaction going from, “oh she’s hot-,” to “ BRO WHAt tHE FuCk-???”
You can see emotions changing on their faces. This is how cool that trailer is.
When I first watched this, I thought oh what a pleasant little lady, just looking for her childs doll. This trailer blew me away when I first seen it. Was what got to buy the game. And conan's clueless gamer lol
I think if she smiled a little before she died wouldve been awesome, ys know, right before she dies here humanity comes back for a brief second

3 days left! I have waited since they annouced it... so like 5 years! (I'm a huge fan of the witcher saga) My boss gave me 3 days off work for this xD

Him taking out the trophy hook gets me every time. Freakin Butcher of Blaviken

Dan please do a lets play series on witcher 3. Please.
My day/night has been made thank you for watching this Ryan
I own this and this is hands down THE GREATEST game i ever played!
it was higher category vampire. Geralt drank poison and poisoned the blood because he knew she was not defeated and will be stung ...
The review was on point, even basing only the trailer and not the actual game itself. Proves to me that you guys are smart and objective, and thus respect to you guys and keep up the good work!

I still watch your reaction of this witcher 3 video. It's so legit love it man. Witcher 3 is dope.
Loved this trailer, and BTW your short hair cut looks great! :)
if I guess correctly is that beast a Bruxa??
yes
she is Orianna (Higher Vampire) while bruxa is not an higher vampire !!
+amit kumar Bruxa could be considered one as they can turn into humans (unlike Fleders, Garkains, and others) and they aren't mindless beasts.
Orianna is a robot controlling a hovering ball in League of Legends, what has she got to do with vampires?
+Kenichi Otaku play witcher 3 blood and wine , you came to know
To the guy that said "I don't want her to die", this is the amazing thing about witcher. It puts you in those moral dilemmas and forces you to make a decision. #rejects4life I love you all
Well, now you know. It was Orianna, bruxa(do not confuse Higher Vampire class and True Higher Vampire race), and he was riding for Beauclair.
Love this game
incredible trailer
If your ever walking through the woods and see a lot of birds chirping(cant remember if it is a certain species of birds)that's usually a sign that a Bruxae is near.
cool, maybe you will know where Poland lies :) I recommend to visit the country a beautiful food mega cheap :) Of course I'm from Pl.
You guys are baked
Incredible trailer though
That vampire is Bruxa and her name was oriaana and she run an orphanage and she feed herself from the blood of those orphan..(incase anyone curious)
The girl is an Alp, a High Vampire. Awesome
She was a species of vampire called a bruxa
He was just doing a normal Witcher contract lol
not exactly that is orianna from blood and wine expansion she keeps a flock of children as a blood laugher and geralt swears he will come back for her one day but could not do it then as he needed her help still . so that is Gerald coming back after the end of the game to finish his revenge as he saw her as evil.
i like their reaction lol.
they look so concerned lol
It comes out on the 10th anniversary of Revenge of the Sith.
(I date everything according to when Star Wars movies came out.)
u can find the bite scar on his shoulder in the game
you should do a review on jason's faitality,brutality,x-rays
I beg you to play this game man!! Honestly this game is a beautiful piece of art! The game of the year edition is homestly worth alot more than what they sell it for its honesty one of the best games I've ever played in my life :D hope you play this beautiful game
Мэд слева еще не знает что ему дадут бан
You're close with your guess, she's a Bruxa which is essentially a high vampire.
the greatest game i have ever played by a country mile night to remember was a fantastic but for me the iris quest was touching and she was so beautiful and it was amazon the detail in the game was just wow just pure brilliance and i cannot wait for cyberpunk
Lol you actually did it
Good job Ryan
The "killing monsters" trailer was the best for me. Yeah, could be cheesy but it was awesome.
That was my first reaction too, SOLD
I just finished Blood and Wine just today lol with a bad ending because I want to see the unseen elder even though the game keeps telling you to choose the other path and take syanna , and thats Beclauir right there at the end of the trailer ?
watch the killing monsters trailer. ... its awesome
One of the best games ever
I loved Ryan's reation "coooool"
The Witcher 3 stories are awesome. Even the side quest the one with the bride of the well was the one story I got into and when I killed the wraith I was like at least she is free
Just buy this game and try it. It will give you all you want - story, great combat and much, much more. Believe me, I'm a fan of the Witcher series (avatar ^^) so just try it.
ShingenNolaan They deserved for themselves with hard work for earning and as far as shame ago who will copy her
This is one of the best RPG GAMES EVER!!! Hands down
Well, "Killing monsters" trailer for this game is also AWESOME!
As a fan of the witcher series i loved the last game but i am sad to see it go but cant want for the next franchise.
Tell me that you guys have seen the cinematic trailer about Letho for Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings? It's pretty amazing
Hey I know it's way too late but if you think this was the best witcher cinematic you really need to see what they had done for Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition re-release.
It's still my top cinematic even if it's alomst five years old.
What’s the difference between a Bruxa and an Alp?
I know i am hyped for this game but there is a problem. 2013 reveal: it looked awsome fire, and the atmosphere, the distance you could see.

Ryan looking like the that one Old Cousin that smokes weed and plays League of Legends
When I saw the blood dropping I knew it was a vampire
Ryan react to more Witcher 3 trailers bro!! So close!
W końcu Polska gra ! Wiedźmin :)

ryan can you react to toothbrush innuendo?

y'know you're not totally wrong, that "witch" was a Bruxa, a vampire, and belive it or not, but in portuguese "witch" means "bruxa" so yeah....
It's currently tied with Bloodborne as the highest rated games of the 8th generation.
Reminds me of Skyrim and Red Dead Redemption. I rate it 10/10 imo. Besides bugs its insane.
She's an Alp, a highest tier of vampires in Witcher world. In other franchises an Alp would be equal to a vampire that has few centuries of experience.
Vector Wolf Actually she's a Bruxa, not an Alp.
***** as far as I know Bruxa can't go full invisible and can't withstand strikes with silver sword. Alp can.
+Wolf Guard Miestwin Check out the fwent bruxa card. looks exactly like this. and the werewolf in skelliges most wanted quest mentioned her too I think as 'Vereena, the bruxa with a love for Nazair flowers' or somethinh like that
best game ever
You guys are fucking awesome
Omg when are they gonna stop says that she is a witch and Gerald a witch hunter
Ikr like shit she's a fucking bruxa, and Geralts not a fucking witch hunter
They probably never played previous witcher games.
She is not a bruxa but a higher vampire called Orianna
Dr. Maggot He hunts not just witches, but also any kind of monsters. So, he is nit a witch hunter. He is a " Witcher".
I kinda like that this isn't even a exactly trailer, instead it's a story continuation.
You have to watch the opening cinematic for Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings
React to the brain dead aka dead alive lawnmower zombie scene please
Poland!
That's Orianna
React to Assassins Creed Syndicate Jacob Frye Trailer
There wasn't a romantic relationship between them, but they do have a shared past
Wanna annoy the fanboys???
Just call her (Bruxa) a higher vampire...
Wanna annoy the fanboys....
Just call her (Bruxa) a Lower vampire...
It usually is followed by 30 comments of people arguing if a Bruxa is actually a Higher Vampire lol
Google and it goes all over the place....Higher Vamps don't need blood yada, yada
Bruxa is...Bruxa is a tier of Higher Vampire...Bruxa is a normal but ancient Vampire etc etc
But if She is a higher Vampire....Then why would Geralt just leave the body...Since higher vampires CANT BE DESTROYED FOR GOOD....DISCUSS....😛🙃🙃🤡
Super Hero Fight Club CW trailer. You will not regret it
Could the town he was heading for be Beauclair from Blood and Wine?
Geralt of Rivia Ah, yes, I remember. In that case I don't know what town this is.
Greetings from Germany to all of you guys^^
How's Dandelion? ;)
Geralt of Rivia Well, the two of them do kinda fit together after all...but I didn't expect that from Dandelion. Anyway I hope you, Yennefer and Ciri are alright. :)

P.S.: I kinda like this role-play stuff on RUclips... ;)
Geralt of Rivia In that case I'm sorry (?) but meh...subscribed anyway :3 I always thought witchers are kinda immortal, too?
