@@thulanincube3063 Point taken. But why would the name surprise you ? because most places inhabited by Nguni speaking people (Ndebele,Zulu,Xhosa, Swati etc) have similar names, due to the similarity in their languages.I wouldnt be shocked if in Swaziland theres also a place called Nyanga.

I wish they would bring prayer back in our school and sing these beautiful meaningful songs but I don't see that happening with the singing or praying but prayers is something they can never be removed if you really think about it. They can't pray out loud but who said prayers has to be heard by others in order for God to hear and answer. We must continue to teach our children no matter what...prayer isn't limited to our heads bowed, eyes closed, and hands together. We can pray cleaning, cooking, driving, working, rocking the baby, in class before a test, on the playground when resisting to fight, protection when feeling unsafe etc. Prayer can't be stopped... only by the one who won't pray. Well...I don't think it can...God Bless!

This is shocking. They want to end assemblies/morning prayers at schools? I must have missed that when the president addressed. Are they trying to kill religion? Do they know the power that is in it when singing in gatherings and esp in the morning at school? There must be a devil at work in this world eh.
Well there are parents who complained concerning that...so with some schools it's a choice, if you don't wanna attend morning prayers you don't you go straight to class. Apparently they wanna accommodate other religions like Islam and all.
In my high school it's canceled, only announcements are said in the morning.
