(although it's a lot lower value) Or is the only way to get more business out of existing clients, is to upsell them to automation applied to other sides of the business... one of the advantage though for a beginner is that you get paid upfront, no need to prove what you can do and lower your price, only need to build demo chatbot, that showcase the possibilities in your own spare time. in that sense it'a a lot more beginner friendly as a business,

One of the challenges with the Airbnb offer is that Airbnb may not insure any issues that occurred from the guest’s stay if communication wasn’t taking place within the Airbnb app. So although optimizes workflow it creates a liability for the owner/property management company

The guy above is a scammer, be careful.
Service No. 1 could have huge potential value for customers and could be packaged into a strong offering as the tool that could save them the most money out of these 5 services. It could also work much better in a retainer model, when we could charge more due to the need to update with new contacts, successful emails, etc.
