Love the three hanging over the fence looking at the spectacle going on next door!!!
I had a little 14.2 hand Arab mare. When we put her out with a dozen warm blood horses I was surprised to see her as lead mare. When she would pin her ears back the whole herd split like the red sea to let her walk to the gate! Quite funny!
Thank you for sharing
“STAND BACK!! QUEEN COMING THROUGH!!” 😆😆😆
I rewatched this video just to observe the neighbouring horses itching to see a fight once they got wind of what was happening. They shadowed the two horses along the fence and when a shrub blocked their view, they craned their necks or lowered their heads to peer under the hedge. That’s so human-like.
very well observed 👍
I think Farouk just found out what happens when you kick the boss in the arse! Fine entertainment for the crew on the other side of the fence too..🤣🤣
😂
The three neighboring horses are thrilled with the day’s entertainment. They have always enjoyed a bit of a show!
The horses on the other side of the fence look like a group of girls gossiping. "Ew, look at those guys. Is he seriously wearing purple?"
The Arab is like
“Bro chill I want to be friends but if you try me you’ll be messed up.”
Apollo” in your dreams little guy!” You better check yourself before you get what you’ve got coming your way! Remember! I’m the alpha in this herd!”
I like the big horse with the white streak on the face. That keeps peeking over the bushes. He looks like Mr Wilson from home improvement....hidy ho tim.😁
I noticed him/her, too! It even rolled around on the ground at one point to see under the bushes! 😄😄😄
😂
Like humans, the horses behind the fence became curious when they saw a power battle for hierarchy ensuing. So funny.
😊
I'm officially dead. My two absolute favorite horse breeds running around together.
Farouk, "Yes well maybe I have met my match, but I'm the one who gets to wear the purple coat!"
lol
Love watching horse audience in the adjoining field following the action like it's a movie.
I love how the other horses just look at them.
The other horses are hilarious...all they need is some oats and water and they’d have lunch theatre.
lol
“As the Horseshoe Turns”
Stunning horses! And despite of some of the silly comments here, it's clear these horses have the best of care and treatment.
Thank you Anna for your very good and perceptive comment.
Love how the other horse peeps over the hedge to watch how this all plays out. Haha
People need to stop wagging on about blankets, rugs, halters...what to do, what not to do...yikes. The owners obviously know their horses. In Kentucky, breeds are treated differently, yet the same. You’d be hard pressed to find a thoroughbred without protection most of the time (we’re talking worth $$$$$$$), but do have freedom. I’ve seen soooo many “ways” of care. These horses look tremendously happy.
Peacefully Social Justice They don't though, that's just a massive over exaggeration.
The blankets and halters are just ridiculous and, believe it or not, unnecessary.
Halters on in the pasture like that have a long history of getting horses killed by getting caught and causing the horses to basically hang themselves.
Not worth it, I don't trust people who ignore that for the sake of something so obnoxious and pathetic.
Hannah Smith, calm down, they were there watching them so if something went wrong they could act immediately
)) Apollo : "I am leading" Farouk:"no, I am driving" and aren't there just always nosy neighbours discretely watching through the bushes! Good to see they have worked it out so now😉 Apollo believes he is the leader and Farouk does not really care one way or the other. Fun to see the old clip, txs.
I am watching this again..so funny.,Young Farouk is learning who the boss is and the whole town is being entertained.
😊🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴
The big pay back. He had that coming and then some.
@@asafaust8869 They have grown to become best buddies..So nice to grow with them.
My favorite is the tan coat on the other side of the fence peeking over the top of the bushes to see what’s going on! Crack me up! Gorgeous animals. ❤️
pohivdo
I love seeing Horse behavior with the added luxury of having it explained. I think Apollo is gorgeous I'm glad he is still the boss. I could do without all the grandstanding of everyone in the comments saying the blankets are bad or whatever is 'wrong'. Everyone wants to be the horse expert when it comes to horses.... reminds me of the horses.
Great comments. Thank for taking the time to write in.
Is the friesian more dominant? I beg to differ...the arab is the one moving the friesian around, not the other way.
Apollo is the boss and Farouk does move away from him and is careful not to step out of line. Maybe you don't see that in this clip as it is only a few minutes.
I love that Arabian oh my lord! His face is beautiful. I really dislike the ones that have been bred to have the really unnatural head proportions. He looks wonderful; still a distinct Arabian but not unnaturally over dramatic.
Fantastic care and pampering. Keep doing what you’re doing. These horses thrive on it.
Thank you.
May I just say, your horses are absolutely beautiful in both appearance and movement. You should be very proud Tara. I also completely understand the reason for the rugs too and firmly believe people should learn if they have nothing nice to say, then they should not say it at all.
I think most horse owns understand how improtant rugs can be.
Tara I couldn't agree with you more 😁
there's actually a lot of research regarding the negative impact on the health of the animal when rugs are put on unnecessarily...so you are correct, people DO need to learn more...
The other horses are all going, "Fight, fight, fight!"
I really enjoy the slow motion you include in some of your videos. Beautiul horses you have.
Thank you, if there is an interesting bit that is very quick I do try to slow it down.
Thanks for the link. I had not seen this video. Very interesting to watch Farouk learning that Apollo was the herd leader.
Those cute horses on the other side of the fence looked SO adorable and purely interested/curious on what was going on with Apollo and Farouk. :'D
I love Friesians💓 i think their one of the most beautiful horses in the world. I think their just testing each others boundries thats all.😊
The three horses in the other field looking 👀 why are they fighting, why can’t they be like 😎us? We wanted to be friends & they are not interested . It’s getting boring watching our neighbours fight let us move on. Our neighbours are very feisty.☺️
Least now Farouk & Apollo have sorted whose boss & are best friends even with Bella. APOLLO IS BOSS & IN CHARGE.🥰
Bloody hell...lot of experts on here !!!!!!
Oh no, I'm here because the quality content and the love. I know this about horses: respect them and they will respect you. Also, I just saw the last video and Apollo if I'm not wrong made her hooman share a carrot! That's all I know. Good day for you. 😊
Same here, i just think some of the comments are unkind ...
@@jaycobbina9529 ahhh it's ok. It happens more often than people think.
Gorgeous animals tara you do a magnificent job! I love how the horses in the neighbouring field are watching over the whole thing. Makes me wonder what they are thinking 😂
Now look . . . in there pyama's ! :)
My 2 favorite horse breed in 1 video, WHAT!!!!!
I Am Chosen same!!!
Aw so cool to see them out for the first time together. That kick Farouk took in the chest, seemed like a big one at first. Looking again, Apollo was actually quite restrained. Of course the impact would have sent a human flying across the field!
We put rugs on them so as to lessen any impact 😊
@@Tara101 Very smart!
I love ur informed videos I've been out of the horse loop for awhile but love them. It helps so much ur a good teacher 😇🐴💖
Awesome! Thank you!
Ouch, a double barrelled hit from Apollo, that must have hurt! I love the neighbours all watching, interested intently!
I admire you so Tara, you and your husband, these horses are gorgeous, but they are a lot of work and then utube❣️Great job!
Thank you, you have great videos!
Thank you Yosef cartwright
Such beautiful horses x
Beautiful... I could watch them all day. Horses are fascinating
Gorgeous horses
So nice to have no music, and no commentary. Just nice to watch how they think. Thanks
Ooh we are feisty today! Give a good show to our neighbors. Yeah, they won’t dare mess with us! Uh oh, mom is watching. Better behave now. But it was so much fun!
Notice the difference between the fresian gallop/canter and the Arabian.
Just decided to watch this one again. Very entertaining for the other horses.
Omg i don't usually pay much attention to arabs but that one is beautiful
I am glad you like him he has a great character
They both did great in this video thanks for sharing it can be done.
I like watching how horses interact with each other like that.
those nosey horses in the back 🤣
Beautiful horses. Always loved fresian horses were wonderful and graceful(well when they wanna be)
I like your horse and you are doing a great job with your horse Nannette
Beautiful.. they look so cute with they coats on.. 😆
Beautiful. The horses in the other field watching. It fascinates me to wonder what they are thinking. 🐴🐎 Lovely little video. 😊
scaff25 they prob played bets to see who wins 😂🤣😂🤣
Horses out here looking like wizards
Amazing. Had to go back and watch this in anticipation of tomorrow's vid.
this is a later stage, they first met as you will see at the talk grill in the stables😊
OK fantastic! Already watched today's vid. Stayed up late in anticipation! Thanks! 😁
"We're still friends but first I have to brand you twice to your once with my iron shoe."
lol
The other horses are saying, "Girls, come look, there back & at it again, boys are such bruts. Girls look, they're acting like jackasses again."😄👏😁
These are my favourite breeds, wish I could afford to have one of each!
Fantastic !
I lik the two ears hiding behind the hedge 😳very wise . If that was mares they'd be eating long ago 🙄😂
There they go ** playing nice ahh you are so blessed beautiful land and awesome animals 😌
Umm... how do I tell you this... they aren’t playing nice...
I love all horses but friesians are my favorite. Lucky you, enjoy.
Wauw - the speed of Farouks kick at 5.40 😲 It was almost invisible to the normal eye 👍🏻
The clothes of these two horses are the fashionable style of the high-neck trench coat double-breasted.
lol
Haha! That was fun to watch! That little Arabian is spicy!!
Love your channel
Thanks Alex
They’re both such cute horses, I have an Arabian of my own, she’s a mean little thing.
The other horses are just gathering around to watch the show. It’s so cute!
In what way mean?
That was some great butt kicking going on there.
Someone told me today that horses aren’t tough😂😂😂 I laughed out loud when they said that
Good comment Fee-fee
Would have been just my luck to get stuck in a Purple Gown while I'm trying to establish dominance !!
Best comment ever! Still laughing. 😂
Royal colour though!
Johnny Bahama - Baahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome comment! I don't understand why would somebody leave halters & blankets on adult horses that are just meeting for the first time??? Not safe or very smart. Humans...sheesh!
Hahaha the bravado! Quickly sorted and hierarchy is important. Loved the faces of the other horses clearly enjoying the days entertainment. What’s with all the daft comments about rugs?! Weird that’s what some people have chosen to comment on! I understand if people ask about potential injuries etc if you’re not horsey and don’t understand horse communication and body language it does look scary (and accidents do happen.....but this lady knows her horses well) but to focus on the rugs is funny!
👍😊💚❤️💜💙
Bravo.
Dang the fresian landed some good kicks on the Arabian 😂
So who won? I'm not a horse person.
darkmath100 Friesian
I love this vlog Tara - fantastic seeing the boys get used to each other, even if they do sqeal like girlies at times!
It's so interesting watching snippets of your life with these lovely boys. Lots of love from Liz xxx 🐴💙🐴💜
Thanks Liz I am really glad you like my channel
Testing each other and deciding they are equally matched..😁
Perfect
They are intelligent creatures and they like to play.
The Kick Off seemed - Even Stevens! What beauties they both are. Hopefully destined to become good buddies XX
Yes they are good buddies now, thanks Yvonne
lol Nice variation on the "Talk to the hand" trope - "Talk to the hind" :)
That kick at 5.40 appears to have been incredibley fast
This all Nature

Minor spat...no damage to either.
Wonderfull video.of the wonderfull Frisian and Arabic horse.😊😊🐎🐎👍👍 Greetings from Holland.
my hubby was born in Den Haag 😊
@@Tara101 my mother was born in Zeist. :-)
Xoxoxo
Love Arabians. The Friesian's, while beautiful, look like a bumpy ride. Give me the Arab any day. They move like poetry in motion.
Friesians are not as smooth as Arabs to ride but I love both, they each have their own qualities I would not want to here to choose
I heard there existed a breed of both, Arab and Friesians, calling Arabofriesians.
3:01 cheastnut in the middle: What the hell did I just experience?!
Yay we free ,,,look at those over there the one with no coat I bet it cold ,,,oh my what happened to friendship with my brother says Farouk oh my what a rant hey Apollo lols 😂
Your horses are a credit to you.
Thank you.
At 6:30 a horse is having a nice roll behind the bushes :D
true
I don't know much about horses, but I believe that most are easily spooked and usually just run if in danger. So if a horse get off their feet that means that they feel safe and are generally in a good mood, I think?
Absolutely love Arabians. Had one growing up & she was the best horse I have ever had.
Only problem I had with her was she was 16 hands- I'm 4'11". It was a challenge, but I managed.
Thanks very much Karen Messinger for sharing
@@Tara101 Thank you for sharing the video. I really loved this one. :)
Karen Messinger let the Arab out first!
@@wookie20f Lol....
bautifull
How funny they can be. :)
They love each others company
I just love frisean horses too much. I have a dream of one day owning one.
Don’t we all? :)
Same but they're so expensive..Rich people need to calm the hell down. Yes you have a flashy horse but damn while some of us here are working three jobs to feed our horse you cackle at the price tag of a Fresian. Eat the rich.
Hi, Tara. After I watched today's lovely ride that you and Farouk shared with us (and his great adventure heading under the trees), then this wonderful video came up on the sidebar. What a pleasure to enjoy it once again. They were such beautiful boys then, as now, and what a kick (excuse the pun!) to watch them being frisky in the field. I remember thinking last November that Farouk was biting off a lot more than his weight could bear each time he pushed Apollo. Naturally, it was a laugh to see his expression what Apollo pushed back: "What? Whyyyy?!! What DID I do?!!" Ms. Innocent! He has such an expressive face and eyes.
It is so typical in any society of life for the younger ones to take on their elders and to believe that all their youthful vinegar will carry the day. It's more of a chuckle now, thinking of how Apollo calls "Welcome Back" every time his stablemate returns. Two questions for you: Does the pasture between your home and the ménage belong to you (I've wondered if you raise sheep also)? Are Apollo and Farouk your own horses or are you training them for others? I've wondered because we can become very fond of the animals we see in the videos and I'd love to watch you with them for years to come. Thanks! : )
No the fields around our home belong to someone else, our paddock is a 10 min box ride away. I don't train horses for other people just myself. I don't intend to sell either horse but that might change one day. I am looking to buy a foal to bring on as I have never had a foal.
@@Tara101 Thanks, Tara. I obviously misunderstood something that was said in one of your videos. For the record, I don't watch any other channels on these gorgeous creatures; just yours. : )
The neighbor's like the show!
Hahahaha the other horses are like... WTH???
Cool 😎
The power in Apollo.s kick...!! I always took the rear shoes off when introducing a second contender, just in case. Did Farouk have any bruising to his chest? No grudges held tho, Apollo is very respected now as herd boss :)
No harm was done
I like the little white pony next door.
Seems the neighbors like your guy's.
😁💞B4 👑Bella👑🌟🌟
Days..
I love the guys in the bleechers!
