I’m the same way with period cramps. What’s worked for me are salonpas. Just like a patch you can put on your lower abdomen under your belly where your pain is at.
@@ohShnapssI never thought so either but one time I was at work and didn’t have any meds and none of my coworkers did either but I had some salonpas in my desk drawer. I was desperate and decided to try to see if it worked and sure enough it did. It didn’t burn as bad cause I had pain there and it helped me get up and walk and all but when you feel the heat really bad then your cramps aren’t as bad.

I totally recommend getting all your hormone levels checked to see what's going on (if anything) which is causing the sudden change in all the period symptoms.

Sorry if you've already mentioned it in a previous video, but where did you get that wooden desk in the corner of your room? That looks like such a calming space to journal in the morning with coffee in hand :)
Sophia 💕 next time you’re at the obgyn, check for any uterine fibroids. I’m in my mid 30s now and my periods were so painful. Well just this year I discovered a 20cm fibroid and had it removed 🙈 you just never know love you!
lol they know we are “the monica” from friends that enjoys cleaning. So they gifted us a Dyson. I have the same one too 😂I hope you have a wonderful new year Soph! This is your year! ❤😊
Period cramps are the worst! I started getting them as soon as I quit the tennis team during high school. I would always call sick 1 day out of the month bc my cramps were soooo painful! Some home remedies is to always drink warm/hot water during ur time of the month. DO NOT drink cold or iced. Alsoo, when u lay down, lay down with ur legs curled (if ur sleeping on the side) or upwards like ur doing a sit up (if ur sleeping on ur back). It makes a difference! TRUST ME! Alsoo, do not drink coconut water bc it actually stops your period. Stopping your period before you finish your full cycle isn’t necessarily healthy to your body lol. I know these home remedies are weird but it works!!

I went through the same period shift, and it turned out i had Endometriosis. I had them removed and it was a life changing event!
