A little trick when hanging mirrors above furniture or a mantle is to place the hangers slightly below the halfway point. That way the top of the mirror leans forward slightly, so you get to see your room reflected and not the ceiling. I love all your videos. Awesome job - as usual.

I LOVE my Kreg jig 4 . One of my first tools I bought when I was building my tools . Now you will be surprised at how much you use it and all the things you can make. I made a farm house bed and two matching nightstands , a farmhouse desk and a kitchen island so far with mine . I love your living room and DIY Dolly is so super cute . I love how you are helping in power women to not be afraid of power tools . My favorite part of your living room is the fireplace wall you built !! You go girl !!!!

I love DIY Dollee!!! She's the cutest! As a child I had a border collie named Dolly. It was the '70's and my Dad tied her up outside (don't even get me started! Vegetarian, pit bull Momma who tries to save all the animals!!!) and Dolly would break free when the horses up the street broke out of their pen. She'd herd them, like boarder collies do! Also, my Hope used to get blueberry facials in her groom. I'd do the diy baths because she's very short furred (a pocket pittie.) The little groom/boutique place up the street closed due to Covid, so only home baths for the time being. Gotta find some blueberry facial for pups!! Bought a waterless pet shampoo in blueberry (I think its by BedHead.) Now onto the refresh!!! And thank you so much for always posting!!! We're up in NE and it's seven degrees here today!!! Brrr.
Gorgeous!! My husband and I turned our poodles kennels into our nightstands and we love them! Our babies sleep right next to us! It’s great to have multiple uses for the kennels!❤️🐩🐩
I love it. It's so comfy cozy but also with some flash and elegance. I loved the crystal addition to the lamp, but then again I have always been (and always will be) a lover of crystal and glass. And of course Dolly is so sweet... makes me miss my sweet furry fluff who passed away in 2017... I miss him every day. Dolly looks like she's lovin the re-do.
I love what you did with the living room! I liked the flowers in the vase on the mantel so much that I got some myself. Had I seen them in the store by themself, I would have passed them up.

Very pretty! I switched out the fan in my bedroom for one with bling and love it. I have to have a fan in there, no fan wasn’t an option so a fancy fan worked great.
I love it. The bling mixed with overstuffed modern sofa work and those pillows are great. Can’t wait to see what you do with the lamp. I love green accents. They virtually go with everything.
I was totally inspired with your ceiling fan and decided to change mine out, too. After looking at all the options for a ceiling fan/chandelier, I ended up with the same one as yours. At first when you said leopard print rug. I was nit sure I was going to care for it. However, that rug really makes a huge difference. I'm not one much for animal prints either. Yes, I have to agree with you Natily. The fire place wall has made a majior improvement in this space. The subtle hint of green in your pillows has the perfect amount of color to add depth and charm to you living room. I am a firm believer in less being more. I have the same little tables, 4.... yes indeed, but I got them at second hand stores, for a couple $$ each, they have leather tops, which come off for storage inside. I had plexi-glass tops made for each so it can be used for beverages without spills, sturdy to accommodate multiple uses, a nice addition to my living room
