The fact YT is ignoring lawyers is what frightens me. Like most people would take being contacted by lawyers seriously. If YT doesn't care something is up and its not good.
maybe because fefe has no actual case that a judge would likely allow to even reach a court proceeding heck her channel is highly against tos so a judge can easily throw out any case she would bring to court due to that. Also legally YT can do what ever they like as creators aren't employees of YT they are contractors meaning they can do basically all they want.
They don’t care because they can do whatever they want and strike whatever they want. They can delete her channel with zero strikes if they feel like it.
Until she files a lawsuit they have no reason to entertain a response to her. Any lawyer who told her otherwise is just milking her for money. Their initial response will get her lawsuit thrown out. You have no right to anything on YT, they can delete your whole channel since it’s Tuesday if they feel like it. They can definitely strike you for old content and they don’t have to monetize you either.
Niji will just debut replacement if they lost a talent. This is the reason why they're never alarmed by these graduations... They already have some kind of "Back up".
The thing is to gain revenue/income they need to establish a strong persona. They can't just make a new Vtuber and tell people to like him/her and give money immediately.

So about the fefe. Only monetize channels can have a human review, while non monetize channels get bots reviews that's is super weird to me and how they also said that they were too busy yea i feel like they really don't want to go in a legal battle with fefe
hate to break it to you but YT would likely win any legal proceeding if a judge even bothered letting it go to court to begin with. Also fefe doesn't have much ground to stand on because as per TOS her whole channel is ban-able the fact they haven't is mostly out of sheer luck

Her channel was demonetized as the primary complaint of hers per YT's own tos and I quote "RUclips’s review team (this includes the use of bots to make judgments based of parameters set) ensures the channel has not run afoul of RUclips’s monetization, content, and copyright policies. Only channels that meet eligibility thresholds and follow all of our guidelines will be admitted to the program, which makes them eligible to receive access to ads and other monetization products." This whole line means that per the parameters set forth by youtube she has in their own words fun afowl of youtubes policies. To make is simpler all of the anime clips she loves uploading are in direct violation of youtubes copyright policies as she is not the original creator of the clips and thats not even going into how some violate youtubes nudity and sexual content policies.
The way RUclips responded with essentially "we only help monetized channels" just REEKS of elitism. It's as if they basically want their platform to become a gated off luxury neighborhood.
That's just plain discrimination. All creators should have a human review for their videos. It shouldn't matter if they're monetized or not. Everyone deserves to have a human review rather than a broken bot. In my personal opinion, I hope FeFe sues them for discrimination

@@kos2919 parody doesn't matter when posting copyrighted content from Japan because they have different laws than we do, parody doesn't apply. Being a lewdtuber who posts lewd and copyrighted content might be why she's getting screwed.
YT can delete whole channels for literally nothing if they feel like it. The strike system is a kindness on their end to give people chances to abide by ToS. They don’t have to let you get three or monetize your channel even if they do for other people. You have zero rights to have a channel at all so that lawsuit will just be a waste of money that will be immediately thrown out.
