Nice house! But usually for bathroom shower glass, try to open outwards, so in case someone faints inside the shower, it can still be opened from outside with ease
nice to see someone who uses a hisense tv's!! i own 2 58" ones in my house for the last 2 years! very happy with them! very affordable! there known for being affordable tv brand here in the states for people who arent making money to even do a reno the hisense tv is super affordable! u can find a good tv as little as 300usd thats 4k... mines either a a6 or u6 model thats a smart tv with netflix disney+ netflix and appletv+ and more apps on it... for people cant afford a expensive tv this is a good option to get a bigger tv with smart apps

I think your ID did a fantastic job on the design and functionality of each corners. Even the common bedroom, I was surprised/mind blown when I saw the murphy bed. The master bedroom cupboard seems a bit tricky. You don't have sufficient space to open the cupboard, hence, 3 cupboard door design (well thought from the ID). As a CEO (Cleaning Executive Officer), just be wary behind the common toilet basin. Normally, that area easily get dirty and luckily your ID choose a rounded basin (easier to clean) rather than designer basin (harder to reach out to clean)

MY ID is focused on recommending expensive stuff (high end stones, lightings) that does not meet our needs and also made so many design mistakes. Money wasted aside, we ended up with a home that we no longer look forward to moving to.

For the MBR, are the windows L shape ? Is that why they did a bay window settee (Bert's bed) concept (Loved how it is designed and wide enough to lie down), but seems hard to implement. The MBR carpentry, the top compartment can use or is it sealed / a beam ? Seems wasted that the top compartment can't be used. I think both of them definitely need more wardrobe space, especially when they are content creators, 6 panels doubt is enough Very interesting and nice house though. Curious on the renovation costs considering its a 6 months renovation.

Wah lau bro... Pyrolytic oven has been around for at least 10 years plus. The trendy thing now for ovens is built in thermometers to measure meat temperature and steam ovens. Metal inside microwave is to keep the microwaves INSIDE, not keep the food warm. Otherwise you stand outside you'll kena cooked also.
It is very nice but I see many things to maintain and it will be a pain overtime.. not forgetting, this Reno must be expensive without sponsorships. For example the toilet bowl is close to 1000 dollars.. lol😂
