My wife hates it when I try to show her clips. That said, I forced her to watch the ten seconds where you say “it’s all about the taco” with your followers behind you, and continued to explain how I’ve followed and watched your videos from the very beginning til today, where you built and given away several awesome taco’s and even built a store to find and obtain said taco parts! She was impressed as am I with the growth of this channel and business. Great job homie!!! Not only is it inspirational and motivational….it’s the best info and most comprehensive advice that can be had for the taco! Thank you sir!!!
Carson Truck from Thrashed Offroad is awesome! I got to ride in it the other say and the send it suspension is on a different level. Loved it so much I bought one myself. (Not the double setup, just singles) they have been awesome. Carson is a super nice guy!
Like how these cleaned show rigs only clean the shell and have the suspension all dirty. Idk but spending all that money I like having it all cleaned up after every use, the gals rig was clean 👌🏽
To be honest….I’d take your white give away truck right now….before the tent and extra’s get put on. The fox lift and wheels with at3w 35’s and front a rear bumper full skids and roof rack with lights. 5.29 front and rear arb locked. Non bump out sliders and tire and jerry can swing outs with hi lift Jack and done. Btw, I would like to see (I might have to do it myself) is if I treated it like a rebuild on a collision….at the dealership, can I buy the trd pro stamped rear fenders, but get the new trail edition composite bed pan with the cooler in the wheel wells. A carbon fiber hood with scoop and paint to match pocket flares with rivets. And wheel well liner. Done…only $120k! Lol. Supercharged and tuned as well!
With all of the talk about skid plates (in any offroad or overland video) I am always surprised at the absence of skid plates on the lowest hanging part, the differentials.
Those are all amazing builds! Also I have a 3 inch lift in the front and 2 inch in the back total. The front has Fox 2.5 remote reservoir coil over shocks at 3 inches. The rear has Fox 2.0 remote reservoir monotube shocks at 1.5 inches and an add-a-leaf system by ikon vehicle dynamics at 0.5 inches of lift added to the rear. The wheels on my truck is 17 inch TRD pro wheels with a positive 4 offset wrapped with 285/70/17 BFGOODRICH KO2 All Terrain tires. No wheel spacers, shock spacers, or regear on my build. Due to the Pedal Commander throttle booster. My Tacoma has Morimoto XB headlights and rigid 360 yellow fog lights up on the front.
Speaking from Law enforcement experience. The interior light bar is not a good investment. Running code at night they can reflect off your dashboard and be a little blinding. I’d much prefer exterior mounted lighting. Obviously it may differ with amber but as for white and blues I would never put them in my build.
Hey man don’t beat yourself up, it took us 5 years to get any big mods on out first taco. It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon and you can go at whatever pace is best for you 🤙
Form someone who owned a 3rd gen Tacoma I’ll recommend a new owner to actually think about what they’re really going to use their truck for. If you’re doing it for looks don’t do anything it will be a waste of money. Build your truck for what suits you daily. Don’t feel like you need to buy all kinds of unnecessary stuff from vendors who charge a arm and a leg for something that’s cheap for a jeep.
Hey everyone. Since I guess I need to explain myself to you; I have immediate family with serious health issues. Luckily we live in a free country that allows everyone to make their own choices while not imposing their choices on others haha. And while this country is still free I’ll keep exercising all of my rights and encourage everyone else to do the same thing! America and freedom first baby! Thanks Tacomabeast for the interview!
Lol typical overland stuff … everything you don’t need ..almost nothing you do. Look up big Mike at marlin crawler if you want to know how to build a real taco.
@@tacomabeast tried calling you lol. oh there’s nothing wrong with overland builds for the most part but like most there is a lot of money spent on components that you will never use and I see a lot of people carry a lot of weight for the sake of looking cool granted I don’t have a problem with anybody spending their hard-earned money on anything that they want but the title of your video said top three builds at Sema I was curious to see what you think is a top build and why. First truck had a high lift jack a pro eagle jack and probably the factory jack. I’ve been wheeling all over for over 30 years i’ve only seen a highlift jack used once and it was by a rancher fixing his fence using it as a come along lol but according to most you’re not off-road if you don’t have a highlift jack strapped to your vehicle somewhere and I especially like it when they’re on the hood of a jeep I’ve seen what happens when the jeep gets into an accident the highlift jack becomes a metal torpedo so don’t expect to see one on my rig nor would I pay 500 or $600 for a floor jack that my 7 pound $20 bottle jack can do the job of.. but my wife is a lot of fun and as a result I have three boys and not a lot of money lol over landing to me has become a flex of how much money you have or how much you can put on your credit card and that’s it as a matter of fact I think you’re one of very few channels where are you actually took an overland build on an expedition the interesting thing about people with Overland builds nowadays is they act like they’re going to drive thousands of miles across Africa or the outback in Australia when in fact they drive it to and from work every day in a major city. I saw a guy with 2 37 inch spares on the back of his Land Cruiser on a custom swing out bumper .. and 4 Roto pax mounted to the sides he had a California license plate lol did it look cool sure but depends on your version of cool. But like I said don’t misunderstand me for making fun of overland builds a lot of them look very cool and I’m sure some of them actually get used on the weekends or whatever but to me unless you’re doing thousand mile expeditions like what you did a lot of that stuff it’s just silly in case you don’t know look up big Mike over at Marlin crawler he wheels his Tacoma all over the United States and his IFS equipped Tacoma goes where rock buggies go that’s how well it’s built I was just trying to bring it to your attention that it’s not all about cool products bolted onto the outside of your truck sometimes it’s what’s on the inside that can get you where you want to go.
Tiffany’s build is straight FIRE 🔥
Thank you!! I really appreciate it!

Tiffany’s trucks could pass as a great daily. Like you can drive this to work, the gym, and store. Remove the non essentials.
0:50 wait 2 more years and than we talk 😂😂😂
Tiff has a sick build I miss my Tacoma can’t wait for 4th gen
Idk the first taco has tons of goodies, but it's something i'd probably see on the road. Not gonna lie. 🤷♂️
Wow she knows her stuff! -Need her advice for mine one day…
Outgear Solutions based in Southern California has a very badass rear tube bumpers as well they do custom builds

😂 you’re welcome to remove any mods we add once you win it 😉
All these tacos make me so jealous, I’d love to just get the scraps of all these after market mods, hell I’d take a 2016 basic model if I could.
We’re giving one away this year! Check it out here: tacomabeast.com/pages/year-of-the-beast-giveaway-1
With all of the talk about skid plates (in any offroad or overland video) I am always surprised at the absence of skid plates on the lowest hanging part, the differentials.
There’s diff skid plates too 🤙
Gotta ask. The last Taco featured, was it wrapped (Matt)?????
It’s Ppf matte film .. not a vinyl wrap
Funner is not a word unless you own a forefunner . Lol
Hey hey, we know that 😳😂

how do the fox ride when you crank down preload to go past recommended 2inches of lift?
@@rmsfootball63 they are a lot smoother for sure!
That sounds sick man!

Yep, we completely agree. That’s why we want to show as much variety with our tacos as possible and ask the owners what they use it for 🤙
Just in wheels she has 5k. Expensive build. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 though
TE gang gang with matching tires , lugs & caps X 5 is expensive but honestly definitely worth it imo . Thanks!
Who is the manufacture of the rear bumper on Justins's build? Does anyone know?
if they are camaras. I'll like to check them.
Trying to find a rear bumper for my 3rd GEN that lets me keep BSM and parking sensors, any suggestions?

Top 3?! Let's be honest here, there wasn't many Tacomas at Sema this year to really make a solid list 🤣
It was more of us not having enough time to shoot 😅😂

What is that window on the back of the side mirrors?
Thats a side mirror turning signal light, some of the newer models have it 🤙

Fantastic
Thank you so much 😀
New drinking game, How often does he say 'Rocking It'?
😂
Wow
I dont see how the windshield lights on the second truck doesn't light wash the drivers view. That seems dangerous.
😂
Tiffany's truck has never been used.
You’ve never met Tiffany😂
ONLY 3 trucks??😢
We were busy at SEMA 😅
Need more info on the blacked out Tacoma with the guy in the mask, what’s his Instagram?
@thrashedoffroadofficial Holler at us!
First !! 👌🏻
Legend!
I wish it didn't cost 100 grand to build these trucks.
jeez they got some fking money each those gotta be over 50k spending
North America style vs Australian style. I will take Australian. Unfortunately what we see it is consumer market. Not really practical.
Tried to watch, but they handled recording made me feel like I didn’t air down my tires on the trail. A little too much Blair Witch shake for me.
Carson recently had Covid that's why he was wearing that mask 😷
Loose the mask Carson. Shows over yo.
Ikr! Geez
He might actually be a little sick and wont want to give it to anyone. Thats the purpose of a mask.
You meant:
“Lose” not “loose”
And he has the same rights as you do, so if he wants to wear a mask he can.
