If Wednesday 'deserved it way more' then they would have won the play off game. They did not so didn't deserve. What ofteon gets missed is Huddersfield were in 3rd place in the Championship table foe most of the season. They were the only team to put serious pressure on Brighton & Newcastle for the 2 automatic places. Huddersfield only tailed off after they had secured a playoff berth & could not longer get automatic. At that point Wagner switched everything to prepare for the 3 game play off mini tournament. I can't see any logical argument to say Wednesday deserved it more.
