🍰Dough:
4 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
60 g (4 tbsp) powdered sugar
Lemon peel
120 g (1/2 cup) butter (melted)
260 g (2 cups) flour
Baking pan 20x30 cm
🍰Filling:
350g (1 1/2 cups) yogurt
80 g (5 tbsp) sugar
2 eggs
20 g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, heat the top and bottom
🍰Meringue:
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
80 g (5 tbsp) sugar
Another 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
