Part of her charm is how even though Ina's low-key one of the most terrifying members of Myth, it's easy to forget because she spends 90% of her time as a sleepy dork with a fixation on cute things and food. (For reference, the remaining 10% is split between being a trickster pun-master and being very scary indeed.)

Ina came back to Elden Ring after a long break, just to absolutely cook the bosses. I still couldn’t believe she just uses Malenia to practice, recent one she could have easily defeated her after melting her phase 1 but she’s saving her for last😂

Rellana is an S tier fight
Inanis is amazing
No jumping,
no healing in melee range/while phalanx is activated,
parrying with full stamina (helps greatly),
buff shield with magic negation or carian retaliation,
equip magic/fire/physical negation talismans,
increase vigor (fire resistance and health),
having light load (high endurance and/or low weight) is always helpful if you have skillful/timely dodge rolls,
don't equip int-based weapons/use int/cold sorceries during this fight,
look at the ground (water buffs lightning/debuff fire damage) for help with affinity and weapon selection,
and almost perfect dodging of her ultimate "twin moon".
Ina'nis is high tier gamer. Bravo!
You can actually beat Rellana without dodging or jumping a single time, so long as you have a decent amount of endurance and vigor. I did this at level 149 with only critical hits, but I could have done it lower with more practice.
The key is to have the incantation that buffs your shield's elemental block for phase 2, and Carian Retaliation on the shield itself (ideally, Brass Shield, but any shield with 100 physical block and decent fire/magic block will do)
For accessories, you want the one that heals you on landing crits, the faster incantations, longer buffs, and buff damage on crits (from the first area of the DLC).
Phase 1 is simple, just learn the timing on the easier parry moves and block the rest. Only heal when she's on the ground after a crit or has just backed away (no matter how low you are).
When she starts her animation for phase two, you switch from your weapon to seal and cast Enduring Shield, ideally while fairly close so she does the fire spin instead of the ranged slashes, because it has more startup and you can just back up and move away from the ground explosions, while switching back to weapon.
From here, it's mostly the same as phase one, but you'll need to weave in recasts of Enduring Shield after crits when you're not low on health (you will most likely get hit while recovering, but that's why we have 60 vigor, and it's mandatory that you have Enduring Shield up or blocking will deal way more damage than the one free hit)
Twin Moons is the most fun part of this run. Can't dodge or jump, right? How do you survive?
Flask.
When she starts it up, you drink your flask (which has the Crimsonwhorl Bubbletear in it), and enjoy the bouncy house that heals you, then finish her off.
@@probablyfacetious2895 or you can use Melania's great rune, bloodsapping tear, 4 specific talismans, and berserk her down while being (1) invulnerable (temporarily with endure/bubble tear) or (2) out-healing all incoming damage while being in a "buffed" state (poise + ironjar aromatic/leaden tear).

I wish my encounter with this boss were this interesting; I have something of an over-levelled build and just bulldozed it with a shield and weapon skills. I never even got to see that moon spell! I should do another playthrough some time. But not to worry, I have switched weapons and am using a more agile approach, now, to keep things interesting.
