No sir. This is wrong. Sin is transgression of the Law. When you sin you do fall short of the glory of God but sin is not keeping the Law. John makes it clear in 1 John 3:4. He also tells us why he’s writing it to us.
    1 John 2:26
26 ¶ I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you.
Paul also said he wouldn’t know what sin was if it weren’t for the Law.
    Romans 7:7
What then shall we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. For I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
You see, the Law defines what sin is.

      So what’s the law?

The 1st 5 books of the Bible are known as the Law. Every commandment is given in those books. After that the prophets just comment on and quote those commandments. Yahweh tells us that nobody can add or take away from those commandments. The rest of the Bible only quotes commandments from the Law. No new commandments are given after the 1st 5 books.
The word Law is kind of a mistranslation. The Hebrew word is Torah and is actually means instructions. King James translated the word Torah as Law so that’s what we call it today. So it’s really the instructions of God.

@@fivebooks8498if you are still under Old Testament or the old covenant, yeah you are under sin. But when you are said to be under new covenant, you should resemble the glory of God through Christ. I hope god help you in understanding this..

So according to you there is no sin anymore. Sin is transgression of the Law. There’s no other definition for sin in the Bible.
      Christianity is deceived.

@@fivebooks8498 dear brother what you say is correct. But do you think practicing the law could help us transform into God’s glory? Transgressions of the law means choosing to fall short of the glory of God. You are just seeing the layout of the statement please try to get into the statement where you will get the truth revealed. This comes only by practising holiness in personal life and by overcoming sin daily.
