This song was co written with Mike Einziger founder of Incubus. they met at Pointfest Festival last year in St Louis and became friends. May 1st in Japan BAND-MAID were special guests of Incubus and Mike Einziger performed the song Bestie with the Maids for a world live premiere during their opening act. Saiki selected the outfits for the Bestie video. The Maids have a new album dropping in the summer. I think we will get the date of the release on May 10 when they do the annual Day Of Maid Onkyu ji where they put on a special show and usually make future announcements. also I expect a collab with The Warning as they are doing a special show with BAND-MAID on June 12 in Japan during the Warning Japan tour. cheers

Incubus are the band i grew up on, knowing this now, make me want to go and dig out the old albums again. But you are right, this is such a beautiful song! And thank you!
