Hi bud 🤙 i was following you back in the day, when i was growing mushrooms i followed you everyday, while u were chilling at night in the yard, or doing tie dye, and crying along the river with deep thoughts , i was there i and apreciated that time i was there well ahead ur channel got taken down or sonething, i apreciate you bud 🤙 big fan i've quit mushroom cultivation but still ☝️ i wont forget you i apreciate you
On that note, you teached me alot, i think often to these days , i mis it but its what it is , i couldn't keep up i was doing it all without pressure cooker and i had alot contam but some succes but no break-through succes otherwise i wouldn't have quit but again, its what it is, i'm growing an ornamental nettle now
Just came back from finding last year's stash, laying on a trampoline buzzin looking at the Alaskan daylit 1am sky. I'm forever grateful to you for giving the knowledge of the ketchup cup agar technique. I grew for many a year before but that technique changed my game. Thx . Dig the tunes too, they're hitting my brain real nice 😁
@@BoxedMinds sorry im confused, you mean you usually start with mss, isolate a monoculture by cloning first? and then you'd do a grab and drag from the spores of fruits from that clone culture if you wanted to find single spores/monokarions? I actually only meant to ask if you prefer grab and drag to serial dilution, like you're halfway there with what you did in this video, so unless you start from spore print it's a waste to use all those syringes and tubes. Iirc you had a tutorial on serial dilutions (maybe in SAB? It was a while ago), I just wonder if you switched teks

i found your chaneeeeeeeeeeeeeeel~~~!!!! i remember you doing a outro on a swing
Welcome back. Deleted content on rumble
this is for a ms right? would you drag it to get monos or do you still do serial dilutions?
I haven't taken a swab to mono without isolating via cloning. Seems like a ton of work
