wavy caps in high doses 10g (dry) and up CAN be deadly! Wood lovers paralysis is no joke. I was already sober for 10 hours and I stopped breathing my heart stopped beating. Luckily I was already at the hospital and the doctors brought me back to life. At first they didn't belive me when I told them that I can not breath normal, but then I died at their feet on the floor. Please trip save! still love shrooms tho :)
Thanks for the great vid! would love to know more about how to spread these around by spores to encourage growth. Would you scatter that box of woodchips around once inoculated?
It would be the same process for growing mushrooms like the wood blewit, so for those I would wait until the woodchip is at least 2/3 white and then place this wood chop in a pile as a second inoculation and then scatter the larger pile into a footfall free zone preferably amongst non crowding plants like ferns, nettle etc the. top with woodchip and keep well watered
I think/believe I found some, growing in my local area. Could you advise please? How can I Sen images to you from what I found? Great video keep up the good work 😊
New research has shown that Psilocybe cyanescens is conspecific with Psilocybe subaeruginosa, they are essentially the same species. Psilocybe cyanescens was introduced to the UK and the US most probably by shipment of live plants from Australia
Really good video! Your accent tells me you live locally to me too haha I was with someone who experienced wood lovers one time and it was really odd! Luckily it didn't freak her out too much tho
I remember picking liberty caps wnen I was young, picked about 300/400 and put them in a marvel airtight tub. When I got home and opened the tub, the top 1" was crawling with maggots, a bit off-putting but still ate them.
@@panchomcsporran2083 😝im vegetarian. I'll have to look for pharmaceutical grade psilocybin or go somewhere and do the ayahuasca. I have complex- ptsd from a lifetime of abuse that's why I was thinking about. I heard it heals ptsd. But no, no , no! No maggots for me.
I think its the psilocybin that makes them bluish. I pick LIberty caps very late autum, when the first snow has landed and theres been sub-zero temps for a couple of nights. They get packed with psilocybin and get a see through bluish colour all of them (Norway-666metres asl) You hear a crack when picking them:)
The wavy caps are VERY VERY VERY FULL OF MAGIC! To me they were like tenfold as potent as liberty caps. I only took 1g and it was all it needed to send me soooo faaaaarrrr away! ✨ ..I'm personally quite glad I didn't took more the first time trying them. I'm sure 0.5 g would have been perfectly fine for me to get to know them. I hope that helps somehow :) ..but after all every person has to feel for themselves what is the right amount for them, right?^^ Anyways have fuuunnn! 🍄🎉🌈❤✨
For me and some friends cyans are more hypnotic and visual. Very sedating and heavy body load. They can also get very deep and more serious toned in higher doses. Liberty caps were way more energetic and euphoric every time. You like to trip around and dance, talking and laughing a lot. Its way more silly and funny, even in higher doses. The trip is way more extroverted in my experience. But thats just my opinion and experience of couse...
To me libs are unpredictable I also read that the amount of Pyslicin in the libs can vary by 13x which means sometimes a gram is just a gram other times it could be like doing a few grams . Other shrooms are easier to dose than libs
Love the information and pleasantly presented. Mind blind and such drugs have never interested me, doubt they'd do anything. But I really enjoy learning about mushrooms. Found one wax cap that was purple and looked just like a flower once
I use cordyceps powder almost daily throughout summer, it’s such a good energy booster. I don’t know of any risks with cordyceps, do you mean something like from ‘The Last Of Us’? 👹
How do you dry them? And one commenter said she collected liberty caps put in a tapperware and when she opened it there were maggots. Is that something to be expected?
@@ancientalienrecords Seriously! So that's a given. It always happens? No, no, no. I think ill give them a miss then. Thanks for the reply. I had no idea. I was thinking maybe you could just wash and eat them. I have no idea how they're supposed to be used.

Been looking for info on these for 2 years since I found about 1000 on a dead tree south west scotland didn't want to try till I found out more thanks great video cand wait to go to tree in couple weeks 😊
This has been a mushroom I've been on the lookout for years. There's been plenty of times I may have seen them but left them because I wasn't sure if they were the right ones and they do look very similar to honey fungus. Which has a white ash or light coloured spore print and is found on decaying wood of its host. Ever since being ill for a week after eating what I thought was a field mushroom, I'm very curious about foraging for fungi that I'm not certain about and make sure what I find isn't a mimic.
how long does the bruising take place on these would it be instant or take time? and do they always bruise as i think may have some but no bruising at all
I was eating a digestive (plain) when they started to work and it turned into sawdust then a jammie dodger then I started giggling but Derek said we were going the wrong way on the tube but his ears looked big......
Big pharma, cant have people actually fixing their head, no no we want you hoked for life on our never ending drug supply dependency. Its actually really maddening how this is illegal to pick when it, isn't addictive in the slightest, your body wont let you, that's how good this is for you
The problem is you've got tiny ones and very big ones...if u ate a few big ones 🎆✨ 🤯 the one at 1:58 is about 1,5 gram dried so to much for a first timer. But you've already done shrooms so. The are a strong species😉.
Yup I second that. Half a gram is a perfectly fine starting point for these oh so powerful potent magical friends. I don't think one would experience nausea or feeling ill with this amount. :) ..but after all that always depends more on the person who takes em, rather than on the amount of mushrooms they ate. It's like going on a boat trip: some people experience nausea, some don't, some only after very heavy waves. It's short of impossible to predict that with certainty. Hope that helps. :)
Between now and December. They like it cold. Usually as the liberty caps fade away, these are popping up. Just not in the same spot. Be VERY aware though, the lookalike Galerina Marginata, also known as deadly Galerina or Funeral bell, are VERY similar in appearance and it only takes one for renal failure. Use the known indicators and be sure you have Cyanescens. Stay safe 🖤

I ate 10 cyanescens once and had a really colourful enjoyable trip. For a similar sort of trip I'd probably need to do 120 liberty caps and it wouldn't have that colourful visual thing that Cyanescens have.
Ever tried Azurescens
@@therealdarthvader9936 Not yet but I grew some Azurescens mycelium a few years back and put it in woodchips in my friends garden. I have no idea if the mushrooms fruited or not lol
@@therealdarthvader9936 No but I have some spores for that and I did grow some mycelium of it before but did nothing with it and it all eventually dried out. I don't know if the mycelium can be revived with distilled water but it was a few years ago now lol. Oh I did make some woodchip beds round a friends garden and put some of that mycelium in the woodchips but then I didn't see him for about 4 years and he never noticed if it grew mushrooms because he's pretty much blind
Fresh is going to give you a much more vibrant trip visually than dried most people don’t try mushrooms fresh like they should
are you a bear 🤣120 liberty caps will probably send you to the moon, besides you don't really measure in amount of mushrooms but dried grams to get a more accurate assessment of impact.
You found those in November? I was under the impression that they are only really about in January time. I'll have to keep a look out for them
My favourite magical shroom. Very very visual

wavy caps in high doses 10g (dry) and up CAN be deadly!
I have got some wavy caps i think they are the correct ones 😊
wavy shrooms are very strong on the visuals.. dont take loads.. its good to have ginger root too, stops any stomach issues..
I think I've just fallen in love... :)
Great video. Keep it up mushroom girl! Much love from Western Australia 😊
Shrooms were the safest thing I took as a kid, as well as the most beneficial
I think/believe I found some, growing in my local area. Could you advise please? How can I Sen images to you from what I found? Great video keep up the good work 😊
Great video. I had no idea. Seen these loads on walks and really do look like caramel cups.
New research has shown that Psilocybe cyanescens is conspecific with Psilocybe subaeruginosa, they are essentially the same species. Psilocybe cyanescens was introduced to the UK and the US most probably by shipment of live plants from Australia
Danny knows her stuff.
Great video! Great info! I'm a tiny bit in love if I'm honest. My new favourite forager 😅
Thanks for the education 🙏
Most important subject to learn to discern the good mushrooms from the bad ones. 🍷👏
Really good video! Your accent tells me you live locally to me too haha
I was with someone who experienced wood lovers one time and it was really odd! Luckily it didn't freak her out too much tho
I remember picking liberty caps wnen I was young, picked about 300/400 and put them in a marvel airtight tub. When I got home and opened the tub, the top 1" was crawling with maggots, a bit off-putting but still ate them.
Yak. Why crawling with maggots?
@@Chris-tc8sm I guess they were living in the gills, they were about 2mm long,We just thought it would be extra protein.
Isnt it the "cyano" thing that stands for the blueish🤔
Thanks for sharing in such detail. Can you suggest any particular wood chip I could acquire as I heard American wood chip tends to have the spores in?
Are they more potent than liberty caps and what time of year do they come out? And what is the effect like in comparison to the liberty caps
The wavy caps are VERY VERY VERY FULL OF MAGIC!
To me they were like tenfold as potent as liberty caps. I only took 1g and it was all it needed to send me soooo faaaaarrrr away! ✨
..I'm personally quite glad I didn't took more the first time trying them. I'm sure 0.5 g would have been perfectly fine for me to get to know them.
I hope that helps somehow :) ..but after all every person has to feel for themselves what is the right amount for them, right?^^
Anyways have fuuunnn!
You have a really calming sweet voice
I have only experienced WLP in my cheeks and facial muscles. It felt almost like someone had numbed my face and like I had forgotten how to chew LOL…
Love the information and pleasantly presented. Mind blind and such drugs have never interested me, doubt they'd do anything. But I really enjoy learning about mushrooms. Found one wax cap that was purple and looked just like a flower once
Great video thanks. Just wanted to ask what is your thoughts on cordyceps powder, does it have risks?
I use cordyceps powder almost daily throughout summer, it’s such a good energy booster. I don’t know of any risks with cordyceps, do you mean something like from ‘The Last Of Us’? 👹
@@danniinthewildno i just meant any risks with the powder but yes ive seen the film 😂. Just thought taking it might help my chronic fatigue.
You got yourself a sub! Thanks for sharing.
Great content. Blessings 🙏
How do you dry them?
And one commenter said she collected liberty caps put in a tapperware and when she opened it there were maggots.
Is that something to be expected?
Maggots come out when dry them nothing to worry about. They are tiny
@@ancientalienrecords Seriously! So that's a given. It always happens?
No, no, no. I think ill give them a miss then.
Thanks for the reply.
I had no idea.
I was thinking maybe you could just wash and eat them.
I have no idea how they're supposed to be used.
Great video, thanks. I've never seen one here in East Devon
Very informative thank you!
very good identification video, thanks.
Charming video. Thanks.
Wonderful. thank you Danni
After all the adventures I’ve had in the wild during my lifetime so far, I don’t recall ever seeing one of them Coral Mushrooms before?! They’re actually really beautiful - are they edible?
Been looking for info on these for 2 years since I found about 1000 on a dead tree south west scotland didn't want to try till I found out more thanks great video cand wait to go to tree in couple weeks 😊
Your thoroughness is impressive and refreshing. I can tell your I.Q. is high.
Very informative video Danni 👌 nice one 🍄🟫
Love, thank you
Do I just dry them and make tea?
How do i use? Not sure to dry out or cook in butter

Its actually really maddening how this is illegal to pick when it, isn't addictive in the slightest, your body wont let you, that's how good this is for you
In the past I have taken (prescribed) benzodiazepine pills. Never again.
wow thank you for this amazing info
So i have knowledge with liberty caps. First time i would say take 30 to 40. How many wavy caps for first time?
The problem is you've got tiny ones and very big ones...if u ate a few big ones 🎆✨ 🤯 the one at 1:58 is about 1,5 gram dried so to much for a first timer. But you've already done shrooms so. The are a strong species😉.
@@johnbeton4058 with liberty caps I find the tiny ones the strongest. Them older large ones don't seem to be as strong as the fresh tiny ones
Brilliant ,thank you.
So if someone was wanting to try these how many is a good & safe starting point? Any nausea or feeling ill?
I wouldnt use a count. Best to dry and go by weight. For a new user, id start with a half gram n go from there.
Very interesting video ✌🏻
Kind of lost me at WLP (wood lover's paralysis) :D
good video!
Where did you find them... I'd love to know. I love mushroom s🍄
she grows them..
they grow on dead wood
Great video, thank you!!
There used to be loads of these in Cardiff Civic Centre in the shrub borders.
Maby i could get a location. Im nor from UK, but im soo hard want to find them soo i can some to search
Nicely detailed video thanks
Beautiful!!
Your now my best friend. 😍👍🏴
What time of year is best for these mushrooms in from the uk and psilocybin mushrooms are the only thing that have really helped me
Between now and December.
Stay safe 🖤
I had no idea these worked. I thought I had to find liberty caps.
