I know the pain, I'm near 40 with a teenager. Had mild acne in my teens then it went away in my 20s with very little effort. Ningandi buzi kwa kutheni. 😂 Then early last year had a severe break out. Doing my own research, I have found a way to manage it. I suffer from hormonal acne which is often the worse, cause of occasional cystic pimples. I do still get that occasional one or two around my period but so manageable. Day and night skin care regime, multi vitamins targeted for skin care, plenty of water, switched to green tea, minimise sugar intake. Sugar cause the existing skin issues to flare up, they are not the cause.
