I was fascinated to hear you say that the Litany must follow the "third Collect" in Morning or Evening Prayer; that is, after the Collect for Grace or the Collect for Aid against Perils. I just checked my 1928 BCP and you are right, that is what it says. I was previously unaware that that was yet another of the changes made in the 1928 BCP. In the previous American editions, the Litany is directed to be used after the Prayer for the President and Those in Civil Authority -- that is, after the third Collect printed in the Morning Prayer section, not counting the Collect for the Day as the first one.
I do see where the 1928 got the change, since that is the pattern specified in the 1662 BCP, but since I use the older American books in my daily devotionals, I was a little saddened.

I'd love to see you make a video of the Litany actually being said (or sung). It's difficult to find a good recording of the Litany in any of its versions. I know of exactly one (here, ruclips.net/video/5Mh0tzgiWDk/видео.html) and the priest has such a California accent that I find it difficult to listen to.
There is also one -- only one, again, that I know of -- of an English priest leading the 1662 Litany (here, ruclips.net/video/rsP1tGU7Kfc/видео.html)
