Primitive Peppermint Stick Jar / Primitive Christmas Jug

I did a couple of items for my Christmas decor. The jar was going to the trash and the little little lid and jug a got at the thrift store. They were fun and easy to do. Hope you enjoy the video.

Use a light mist of water while painting last coat it helps even out brush strokes.

Try thinning out your paint a little bit with some water for a more brushless look. It helps. Or have a mister water bottle ready when your painting ❤

I am just getting started with the video, so excited to see what you do tonight!
Just wanted to put my two cents in since you asked… L O L
I saw someone spritz with water, and then use a fan brush, and that took out all the brush marks. Have not tried that myself yet… :-)
Wanted to say something before I forgot. Can’t wait to see how this is turning out. Talk to you soon with my thoughts… :-)
