the first car was invented in 1886, meaning pinkertons could have had cars in this mission
could not find much info but im sure they had some form of siren back in 1899.
so that noise could very well be sirens. as you predicted.

@@Omg-xj4nz With such an early time-window between 1886 and 1899, I'd have to guess that cars were still very much not in a state to rival horses with the technology of the time, especially in the rough terrain of the steep area it takes place in. Horses would likely be way more effective to catch the outlaws

I agree bro, Arthur had nothing but tragedy in his life, no one to save him and had a beautiful last rest after trying to get redemption. John had 1900-1914 with his family after being saved. Arthur died because of him trying to redeem himself. John died because he wanted revenge against Micah
