I will say this though. I have talked to and met many people who like you believed in this stuff for years and never got anything good out of it. And they later learned that instead of following this fluffy wimpy stuff about being happy and things like that. They learned you MUST instead control the universe. YOU are the BOSS, YOU are GOD, You DEMAND what you want from the universe and the universe cowers and bows to YOU. You COMMAND the universe to do what ever it is you want and it has no choice but to do it. They all said it changed everything for them

That's sad. She also says "words don't teach, life experience does". It is life experiences combined with her teachings that matter. I have listened to videos I played years ago but didn't hear it like I heard then. If your vibration doesn't match the teaching you won't hear it.
