I'm pretty handy with a wrench. How difficult was this to do? Any welding. or drilling? Great vid thanks for posting. Also did it make the bike substantially louder? I currently have the same slip on yoshi as you, and I think the Gladius is way too quiet.
I just finished the putting the GPR decat kit on my SFV. It was so easy. I took it around the block, and it sounds so mean, there's a growl from the pipe that I love. Getting ready to hit my favorite set of twisties. I think I'll pick up a power commander, and a high flow air filter. Shiny side up man! Thanks again!
so you didn't have to put a programmer or anything on it after the decay pipe? it isn't running lean? I am getting myself a gladius Tuesday and I want it to sound just like yours man yours sounds amazing
No programmer and have put about 3,500 miles on it. Runs great, I live at 3,500 ft. Have pulled plugs multiple times, no hotspots. Plan on posting an update video soon.
@@italianreddnek2844 Quick question! There’s an odd hole in the decat pipe with threading. Close to where you connect the header. Can’t figure out what that is for, would love some help figuring it out if possible! Thanks!
Got the decat pipe on Ebay, was shipped from Italy. The stock photo they use does not do it justice. It's also cover by Ebay money back Guarantee. GPR is the brand.
@@FlavortownFreddy If you can afford a tuner, that would be the best way to go. I kept the air intake stock and didn’t have money for a tuner. The shop I had test it said it was running great and not lean.
Same, no means of getting a tuner have a look..its gonna be me and my wrench lol..ebay shipping and customs to Canada are like 700$ just for decat pipe..fml lol
I live at about 3,200 ft runs perfect. Does not cut out at all. Suzuki shop said they thought it was running great.
Nice! Stock fueling or re-mapped?
Looking to get it on my 2010..only have a slip on and would like to get the same sound as yours
Have been running it for ten months with no REMAPPING at all.

Dferd777 no welding involved

I cackled like an idiot when I heard that. Definitely buying it from you. See you Sunday 😂😂😂😂😂

hell ya man
not remapped, stock air cleaner too.
so you did not end up dyno tuning or remapping? how is it running i want the same set up on mine
Did you have to replace the header? Or did you use the stock header?
The decat pipe runs from the heads back, all new.
@@italianreddnek2844 Thanks! Was it a pretty simple install?
@@firelord1125 Simple tools, not too bad.
@@italianreddnek2844 Appreciate it my guy!

is the baffle left in or have you taken it out?
I left the restrictor out, it sounded like crap with it in.
Where did you get the gpr pipe ?

@@italianreddnek2844 thanks, also does this mode need a tune ? I heard it has some torque dip with this setup, did you experience any ?

@@FlavortownFreddy I would keep the stock air intake and don’t use a high airflow filter. I live at 3,200ft (975m)elevation.
