A forest cabin, a two-day camp in nature, a fish trap on the river

In this survival challenge, I head deep into the wilderness with minimal gear and rely on an ancient fishing technique-blocking a river to trap fish for food. With no rod or net, I build a natural fish trap using only materials from the environment. Will this primitive method work, or will I go hungry?

Those captured fish look very much like Yellow Perch, or so they ate called in Ontario, Canada, and I envy you for that feed. They are very good table fare!
