Low Back Pain Relief with Isometrics (1 Powerful Exercise)

- Low back pain is one of the most common and debilitating issues that the vast majority of us will deal with at some point in our lives.
When we look into the movement of people with low back pain, one extremely common dysfunction is a loss of lateral bending. And, in many cases, as soon as we begin restoring this lost movement, the pain begins to quickly improve.
In today's video we're going to take a look at one of my favorite "go to" isometric exercises for low back pain. It's easy to perform, very safe when setup and executed properly, and often ridiculously effective. The key is in knowing what type of isometric exercise to use and the key exercise parameters that make it work. We'll discuss all of that in less than 5 minutes!

Do you know isometric exercises that can help with sciatica and numbness in the biceps femoris? According to my chiropractor I had a lateral pelvic tilt with a high right side for years. My brain shoud now reset by itself but it seems to take a while.
Are there any isometric exercises I can use? A reaction of you would be highly appreciated
If you learn the Ozren isometric spinal contraction exercises for the best spinal cord discs, muscles and strong tendons. He's very good clinical instructor and osteopath.
